You cannot beat the location! It's a simple, small, very affordable, old school motel. The beds were comfortable, the staff is great, the rooms were basically clean and the air conditioning worked. My only issue is that none of the rooms have curtains. The rooms have privacy blinds but the property is so lit up with lights, EVERYONE in our group was basically awake at 3:00 a.m. Bring your own curtains or bring your own eye covers. Love the place and will definitely go back... With a sleep mask. 👍

This is one of the oldest hotels left in Ocean City. It's an aging classy lady that we all know and love. The room was Bayside, small queen but it was meticulous and adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But we came for the stunning views and the small private beach where you can relax or even fish or just sit for hours and watch the boats pass through the inlet. I'm sure during the summer it's full of families, however in October it was quiet and pleasant. All in all I was pleasantly surprised at a hotel I've passed by for 50 years and we're definitely stay again

The first room they gave us didn’t even have a microwave. The hot water wasn’t working and the shower was clogged. It smelled way too small. So they negotiated with us and gave us a bigger room for the same $130.00 that room smelled way better and actually had a microwave. I cleaned it, and it was cleaner than when I walked in
