Not Radisson standard to my understanding. What look like wooden floors in the rooms are some kind of plastic. Rooms facing a neighbouring function hall can be noisy (had to change - was done smoothly) Cold - they had to put an electric heater in my room. Not functioning projectors in all room in the Business centre. Boring neighbourhood. Some very good service minded people.

Very unorganized hotel. Rented conference room for two days. They told us to Rs1500 per person. I asked if I need to sign a contract but they did not provide any paperwork. Next day they told us the charge was go per day. Make sure if you are asking anything other than room please check the papers

The room was super duper noisy - there was furniture moving sounds all night (even at 3am) from the restaurant above, which did not stop even after complaining a ton of times. Was told restaurant is closed but sounds did not stop. Booked triple occupancy room but was given only 2 towels. Water bottles were all plastic and not glass. The body lotion in the bathroom was not refilled. Overall, ok for a quick 1 night stop over.

The waitress Baby was especially attrntive , very polite and remembered my drink from a previous order. Front of house managers very helpful. A courtesy room for late checkout would be good

Staff are all great but the hotel is a bit dated for the cost. There was a wedding on the night I stayed for business and the guests mad a lot of noise. I called the front desk at 1:30am as they started blasting music in their rooms and to be fair they sent a guy up and the music stopped but still had an awful lot of shouting, running up and down the corridor, doors slamming etc.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days (2 nights). There were power fluctuations in my room since day 1 due to which all lights were going On and Off many times and it was very disturbing, I had complained to them 5 times but they were unable to fix the issue. Radisson Noida is on par with the Radisson line of hotels. The rooms are spatious and comfortable. The food, particularly the buffet dinner, can be improved as relatively the same menu was served for 4 days straight. Sunita was an excellent host at the restaurant and made up for the few shortcomings. I'd likely visit again.

The best Radisson in NCR area probably and great for families. Updated property and room conditions are very good. Room service is decent and you can get a response in 5-10 mins. The reception staff is slow however and it takes more time than usual to check in. But they are very nice and cordial, Ritka even kept my 1 yr old engaged while we waited for transportation, always love staff who show the personal touch, highly recommend her for customer service. Will come again next time I am in the area.

It was not so good as the booking was accepted for 2 adults and 2 kids however, there were no suitable arrangements in the room to accommodate. Concierge Staff and need some training on how to address the guests. Guard at the entry was very rude and almost misbehaved with the cab driver.

This our 2nd stay here. They all remembered us from last year. I cannot say enough praise for the staff that went above and beyond to help us. They even helped tracked down a specific Ayurvedic medicine we needed to find! They accommodated us with a late check out. The breakfast buffet is great!
