Overall, Dewas is a nice place. The staff were excellent, and my stay in Dewas Residence — which is more of a condo complex — was fine, though it wasn’t quite the experience I was expecting. Considering the price, I probably should have realized that ahead of time. I’d recommend double-checking which accommodation you’re booking to make sure it matches what you want. The only real downside was the breakfast buffet. If you sleep in like I do, the food tends to get cold toward the end of breakfast hours, and the selection isn’t refreshed much. It was okay overall, but you’ll find better breakfast buffets elsewhere if that's a priority for you. Check-in was professional despite the internet being down due to planned local electricity maintenance. The property offers 2 good pools - the top pool being almost empty when we were there. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice. We had a garden room which was lovely but we hilariously struggled to find it due to the many pathways and beautiful plants lining them. An oasis of calm with wonderful beach restaurants close by.

very quiet area of phuket. the property is very close to 7/11 and money changer. the front pool was a little murky. the spa massage was amazing. very lovely staff. taxis just outside the front door. beach over the road.

Everything was great. The room was very comfortable, the staff was excellent, and the location was ideal (directly across from a nice beach and lots of restaurant options, etc). The only (small) complaint I would have is the gym had a musty smell. I would stay again.

The resort was stunning on saying that i think they could put some more storage in rooms eg drawers,and or dressing table.I also think maybe a few more handrails around site there are ramps but handrails would make it a bit easier for the physically impaired.Breakfast and meals where to an excellant standard.Pool area and surrounds where great, staff and managers where outstanding all in all a fantastic short break.

Resort is in a great location villa we had was perfect for us . very good spaces in bedroom and bathroom .the only letdown was the pool temperature ( freezing ) the main reason for selecting the pool villa was the pool but unfortunately could not use it . Restaurant food was excellent and well priced . majority off staff very welcoming.we spent a lot of time on the fabulous beach across the road and had some meals in the cool beach shacks.Overall a very nice comfortable quiet resort .

Lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic. Pool villa room was spacious and very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice The hotel location is close to the airport. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The first room I was assigned was in terrible condition—immediately upon entering, there was a horrible smell of humidity, and the floors were dirty. Within minutes of sitting on the bed, I was attacked by fleas, leaving my legs covered in bites. Upon further inspection, I found the sheets to be disgustingly dirty. I contacted reception right away, and their solution was merely to change the sheets, as if that would solve the severe hygiene problem. When I requested a new room, they told me to stay in the room for 30 minutes—something I refused to do while being bitten. Despite the severity of the situation, all I received was a simple apology. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since this resort came highly recommended.

The venue is nicely designed, but cleanliness is an issue. All areas of the hotel were covered in dead twigs and leaves from the park across the road, including the pools. And there was no sign of any attempt to clean this away for the duration of our stay. In the bedroom there was no air conditioning, just an ineffective ceiling fan. During the summer this made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. The shuttle to the airport was good, but our early flight meant we wouldn’t be able to attend breakfast which was supposed to be was included in our stay. On the morning when we left there was packed breakfasts ready for others who were also leaving early, but this was never offered to us in advance so there was nothing prepared for us, again despite breakfast being included in the stay. Staff were not unpleasant, but pointedly less friendly compared with other places we have stayed in Phuket and other areas of Thailand.

Fantastic location if you need to get to or from the airport quickly! The hotel is also located right across from the beach. The property is huge and can be a little confusing to get around until you get to the layout. Our only complaint was that the WiFi did not work well in our room and some staff members seemed a little pushy. We also wished they would bring guests to their tables during breakfast, as there were many couples that would take four and five seater tables when two and three seat tables were available. This would lead the staff to have to piece together tables for larger groups/families which made the breakfast area seem congested and hard to navigate. Overall, we would definitely stay here again

Great customer service, friendly staff. Nice quiet beach is literally next to it. It was the most comfortable bed I slept in and I stayed in a few hotel, Dewa was where I rested best. I didn’t like that the shower has no privacy if the room is for couples is fine but I was traveling with a friend and I had to take a shower with no privacy. Also I didn’t like that the shuttle to the airport is really not a free service they provide is not a shuttle since u have to pay $210 bhat per person that’s more like a taxi service but you can take a taxi for $200-$300 for your group instead of paying per person through the hotel. I did love the fact that they have showers for you to use after checking out if you need to explore your last hours before heading to the airport, when u come back for your luggage and you want to refresh yourself you can shower I thought that was a great service provided to their guest. Overall I would definitely stay here again in a room that the shower has privacy not a glass clear door facing the bed for everyone to see you taking a shower

Reasonable price, close to airport - those were the reasons i chose the hotel. And I was not disappointed, I found both aspects to fit my expectation. The Deluxe Room was located on ground floor, the room size was big. Interior could be updated, especially bed was a bit worn out. The hotel is located across a road to the beach, but doesn’t have an area there with beach beds. The pool area was okay, not a big pool though. It was no problem to get a pool chair in the morning. Breakfast was ok, they had a little of everything, nothing outstanding, but enough selection for anyone to find something. Lunch was good, bit overpriced though. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay.

We loved our stay here with our two teenagers. Our room was huge (we had a 2-bedroom suite) and gave us the space to relax and unwind, as well as escape the heat. The service everywhere was fantastic, and extremely friendly. The pools, restaurant and cafe were all clean and beautiful. This resort is just a few minutes walk to the beach and into the small town, which we did more than once every day. It’s also across the street from a convenience store where we stocked up on snacks and drinks for our room. We are definitely coming back to this resort, hopefully to try a private villa someday!

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. First of all, I booked and confirmed transportation from Phuket Airport to the Dewa Resort one day before my arrival. I received a message from the hotel confirming the pick-up. However, after waiting for more than 30 minutes at the Domestic Terminal 1 arrivals area, nobody showed up. When I called the hotel, they claimed the driver was there — which was simply not true. I finally took a taxi on my own. No one from the hotel apologized for this incident. Secondly, when I arrived, there was no water in the room until 6 PM. The room itself was damp and far from the pictures shown on Expedia.

Great location and an overall great experience. Even better people that serves a smile. Hotel staff who checked us in was well versed with the property inc their own app that provided easier access to everything within the facility. Best place to stay for first timer in Phuket with day tour all throughout old town Phuket and other tours. Definitely recommend to future customers

Room was fabulous and the pool area looked great. Food was also really good and the drinks overall good value. We stayed half board for 6 nights. Whilst the restaurant food was excellent quality, the dinner service was really poor. Not attentive, didn’t try to ask if we wanted drinks throughout the meal, brought courses out so close together. It felt (other than one person) everyone was in training, bored even. It wasn’t busy and as guests there for several nights, it was a little odd. That said the staff were very nice and even with a lot of rain, we managed to relax plenty. I recommend staying for 1-2 nights rather than an extended break.

My stay at the Dewa resort was absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent, the staff at Dewa go above and beyond to make sure that guests are comfortable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were so hospitable and accommodating. I had one of the best massages at the spa and the layout of the resort is beautiful, it’s conveniently located across from Nai Yang beach. I can’t wait to come back to Phuket and book another stay at Dewa resort.

We LOVED our stay!! The location is perfect, it is 10 minutes from the airport which was super nice after a long flight. The resort is within walking distance of the beach - right across from it. There is a 7/11 and a money exchange within a few minutes walk from the resort. We stayed in the Pool Villa which was even better in person! It felt super private. Breakfast was included in our stay and tasted amazing. Dewa is a great resort!

The staff were professional, attentive and helpful. They contributed strongly to my wife and I having a wonderful stay. We had a pool villa, which was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a big bathtub and a separate shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety, both hot and cold options. It is walking distance to cafes and restaurants and other stores.
