The swimming pool was under repair during all of our stay with no previous warning. The breakfast was very average. The room was fairly clean depending on individual standards. The food in the restaurant was bad!! The check out lady was rude. She asked our room number then said, "wait there for 5 minutes" in an unpleasant manner. The pool towels are excellent quality!!!!

While in the spa having a massage, there’s blaring music just outside that began midway through my massage, also on my last day there’s no water in the resort. I came from long day of island hoping and desperately needed a shower, but no water. I made do with bottle to wash all the bare necessities.

Wonderful resort—2 minutes walk to beautiful quiet beach, 10 minutes walk to beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Free airport shuttle, nice breakfast, lovely pool with lots of lounging chairs with shade or sunny options, nice fitness center too.

A lovely resort just a minute walk from a lovely beach and inside the National Park. Pool and fitness area well maintained, lots of chairs for sitting by the pool with sunny or shady options. Very quiet and just a five minute walk to the restaurant/small shopping area. We would definitely stay here again. Also free shuttle service to airport.

Great location within very short drive from phuket airport made this hotel perfect for our 4 nights. Breakfast was great especially freshly cooked omelet i requested every morning. Pool temperature was great too. Towels for pool and rooms could have done with an upgrade as they were looking abit shabby. Air-conditioning unit was rather noisy during the night however these few things wouldn't stop me from returning. The bonus was airport pickup. People were friendly too. Rooms were bungalow style which was lovely. Happy to recommend.

Der Pool selber war gut. Aber alles rundherum zerfällt langsam. Die nicht gedeckte Seite des Pools hat eine zerfallende Holzbühne. Check Inn war um 1400 noch nicht möglich. Zimmer war erst um 1500 bezugsbereit.

Nice place to stay before your flight. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. An easy walk to other restaurants and street food. Walk out the front entrance and turn left. Everything you could need only 500 meters away. The beach is across the road. Nice pool big enough to do laps. While we were there they had live music in the restaurant

Vackert resort med stort poolområde och nära till stranden. Gym som var väl utrustat. Service bra, dock inte fullt ut då personalen var väldigt oflexibla gällande gymmets öppettider och deras egna transfer service till flygplatsen. Men överlag väldigt nöjda med två nätter innan vi flög hem!

The experience was satisfactory. However, it would be appreciated if the pillowcase and bedsheet were changed during room cleaning, as the current bedsheet has stains. Additionally, the recycled bottle water had mildew. A toilet upgrade would also be beneficial, as the current one emits a strong urine odor, which is unpleasant. Furthermore, the entrance area has a potent sewage smell.

To be honest I was disappointed with the resort having stayed at another a few metres up last time. Location not good as over looking a dirty park, room was dirty, mirror dirty in bathroom, shampoo lid from previous people in shower. I wouldn’t stay there again. Although service in restaurant was lovely, as was the sea breeze.

Un magnifique hôtel, un personnel extraordinaire, cependant, nous y avons passé 14 jours et avons eu les mêmes draps et le nettoyage n'était pas fait à part un coup vite fait sur le lavabo et la douche ! Le petit déjeuner bien, juste les fruits proposés ont toujours etaient les mêmes alors que la Thaïlande présente un large choix ! Sinon c'etait très bien !

Beautiful surprise. Booked here 1 night to be close for my early flight - as soon as I arrived I wished I had come earlier. Quiet beach Great pool The restaurant staff were great! Bed was a little hard - if I was there longer I would’ve asked for something to soften the mattress. Only downside - not a massive issue just annoying when you’re travelling - no powers outlets by the bed and no outlets adapted for international plugs Lucky I always carry one however just a little bit of feedback The venue is gorgeous!

The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The pool and surrounds were a big feature and the beach was across the road which was convenient. The staff could have been more cooperative when I needed to shower and change after using the pool after check out. The change room had no air condiining or a powerpoint for a hairdryer which made it uncomfortable when preparing for my flight.

This resort really impressed us. Firstly they upgraded us to a bigger room for free without us asking which was very generous of them. The resort rooms are beautiful and appear to be recently renovated. This is a fantastic place for families as they have a great pool and nice restaurant while being close to the airport and walking distance from a very fun beach (5 minute walk). The beach has tons of restaurants, exchanges, shopping marts, and a nightclub. The only possible complaint I could come up with is their billiards table is in desperate need of an update. Other than that the people were extremely kind and even gave us a free transfer to our next hotel. We definitely will be staying here next time as the price value is one of the best in Phuket! Also their food is delicious and they have room service which was fantastic. Could not recommend this resort or the people more!

The pool is great, but the receptionist we dealt with during the stay was rude. - Room smelt musty and mouldy. - We charged drinks to our room while at the pool during happy hour, and were not provided with the happy hour price. Nui said this is policy for items charged to rooms. - We booked a room for our final night, as we had to be at the airport by 8pm. We arrived at 2pm to check in for our 5 hour stay, and were told we would need to pay an additional THB1,000 (aud $50 approx) to allow the third person in our party to put her suitcase in our room. Nui said the cost the leave the suitcase in the lobby would be THB500. Each interaction with her was frustrating and disappointing, making the musty room and worn-out hotel so unwelcoming that I would strongly recommend against staying here.

We had an excellent stay at this resort for 4 days. The staff are very kind, responsive and will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. Large size rooms, kept clean every day. Good breakfast with lots of choices both western and Asian food. We used the pool a few times and it was mostly quiet and clean. The whole resort is in general in a very quiet location, although within a 5-10 minute walk from lots of street food options. Overal I totally recommend this place.

The staff were extremely rude and abrupt. On leaving they summoned us like criminals about slippers that were never present in the room. I was most disappointed with the treatment and let it be know how upset they made us feel. Never I. My life have I been accused of stealing let alone a pair of hotel slippers which are reused no less!

This is a small friendly resort in the perfect location. The beach is across the street and all the bars and restaurants are a 5/10 minute walk away. The grounds are so green and tropical which gives it a calm and relaxing feel. The staff are all very nice and friendly and they will go out of their way to help. The only issue I had was with the breakfast here. However, I have been assured that they are going to work on this. On the whole, this is a beautiful place with a stunning beach across the road and many restaurants and bars close by. There is also a bar/restaurant on site which serves amazing Thai food. Without a doubt, I will go back to this hotel in the future. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing two weeks.
