Everything was amazing. Only thing that upset me was the bar and restaurant was closed. Those 2 things is one of the reason i chose this hotel. So for those not to be opened sucked and bumbed me out. They should take some off the room for inconveniences.

The restraunt was closed during my stay, so there was no room service and unfortunately the lobby coffee was not kept full and the little hotel snack shop coffee was gas station comparable. There was a storm outside but the fireplace in the lounge area was not lit and the hot tub was closed for most of the day. My room was very clean quiet and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent and the toiletries, though mounted to the wall, were favorable and eco/ animal friendly. The water in the bathroom was absolutely scolding hot and I was so happy my children were not with me! Breakfast Buffet in the morning will cost you $15 as head, not included. Again there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. I enjoyed my stay but probably would stay somewhere else next time.

The pool hot tub was making everyone’s eyes burn and all kids were coughing constantly there were way too many chemicals we had to get out. The breakfast is expensive should be included for a hotel that I paid 274 when checking in… the suite was also quite small. The don’t have flavored coffee creamer just half n half. Staff was nice tho.

Room was not clean found hair in the shower and bedding was dirty. Got in around 11pm. Ww decided to sperge for our anniversary and was very disappointed. Did not not know we had to pull back the blackets to check the sheets before we left the room to go out to dinner and enjoy our anniversary. Will not be staying again. Very grossed out. Expected better.

The staff were great with the exception of the unpleasant lady that tried to charge my daughter for breakfast; we'd already paid for breakfast. I had a junior suite and the grout/floor in the bathroom was filthy! The living room table had heavy marks and scratches on it. Fan in bath barely worked. Also, we both got bitten by fleas! The hotel accepts pets, but should fumigate the rooms for this! My daughter asked the people in the pool if she could have a lane just to do laps; they said no problem; however, their children kept jumping in on top of her throwing balls, etc. and parents let this continue to happen while they were on their cell phones or in the hot tub. Also, parents allowed the kids to fill the hot tub and we had no place to sit down. We went back numerous times, but it was the same each time. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. We were there 4 days and trash cans never emptied - we brought in extra bags and also the bathroom linens needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, hotel is safe, convenient, good breakfast and restaurants and mall nearby. Hotel restaurant has limited menu and also has a bar. Really would give 5 stars if they could fix the above problems.

We stayed overnight in one of the family suites on our roadtrip vacation. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We all got a restful night's rest. In the morning, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant provide a good menu choices that hit the right spot for everyone in our picky family. The service was friendly. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel happily.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Only issue was the AC. It was a wall unit that was so loud and outdated. It would kick on every 10-15 minutes and sounded like a freight train. We did Not have a good night sleep.

This is a fairly nice hotel. The staff was pleasant and the food was good, not overly processed. They offer sulfate free shampoo and conditioner which was nice. The only complaint would be that I am from the west coast so I was still sleeping at 8:30am when a cleaning person opened our door without even knocking. I felt it was an invasion of privacy and if I had been undressed, it would've been quite awkward. Perhaps sending cleaning crews in AFTER people check out would make more sense...

Was double charged to check in when we asked for explanation the Staff was rude. Room was not as pictured and when we let them know they had our reservation wrong. They were rude again. Building was also undergoing renovations that were not advertised. For the price it was extremely average.

There really isn't a whole lot around the area. If you don't have a car, dining options are very limited. There is an Irish pub onsite, but I did not get a chance to eat there. Arrived on one Sunday, and it was closed. Had to doordash it. The following week, I stayed here one night, after coming back from a hiking trip in Acadia National Park. The shuttle bus driver to the airport the next morning (Saturday morning 9/30/23) was unfriendly, rude and lazy. Did not open the door to the van for me nor did he help me with my luggage. I had to open the van door myself and load my own luggage. When he dropped me off at the airport, I struggled with the heavy van door from the inside and he finally came around to open it for me in order for me to get out. He also opened the back door, but stood there and watched me as I had to retrieve my own luggage from the back. Please have someone more friendly, courteous and helpful driving your shuttles. Just because it is a complimentary service does not mean providing poor customer service. Fitness room was great. Shout out to Hannah at the front desk. She is AWESOME.

We had a great trip to see UMaine play BC in college hockey and visit our daughter who is a freshman at the University. It was located close to campus and the Alfond Arena, which made it a perfect place to stay for the night. We would definitely stay there again.

It’s not walkable safely. The restaurant has very limited hours of operation and it’s not safe to walk to other restaurants except for the Denny’s that closes early. There’s a charge for using their WiFi unless you are a member.

This was my first time staying at this location and I was very pleased with the hotel. It is nice and clean, has friendly staff, plenty of parking and is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Good hotel for a short stay, close to the airport. Friendly staff, unfortunately no shuttle available after 10pm, it was very difficult to get a taxi after that hour from the airport, the town goes to sleep.

Very nice looking hotel with a wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and a hot tub to boot! The area is not walkable, so you’ll need a car or taxi/lyft/uber to get places, but that’s the only drawback. They also have an airport shuttle available, which made our lives much easier.

Staying at Hilton Garden Inn due to an early morning flight. Location was convenient, and there are options for eating out or shopping. Staff accommodating to provide adjoining rooms for our family. I would always highly recommend any Hilton Hotel, and being a member helps with points!

Everything was amazing. Only thing that upset me was the bar and restaurant was closed. Those 2 things is one of the reason i chose this hotel. So for those not to be opened sucked and bumbed me out. They should take some off the room for inconveniences.

This hotel was clean and the pool area was nice. It’s in a convenient location. Our room looked out on the roof ac unit which was unfortunate because it snowed a lot and we didn’t get to see it out the window. I would recommend the hotel but I definitely would not recommend the hotel restaurant. We didn’t even finish our meals. It was overpriced and the food was cold and just unappealing. This hotel has nice lobby and sitting areas.

Issue same as other properties~~ the refillable bottles in shower were just about empty upon arrival. And just not sure (in any hotel) how safe/sanitary they are. Anyone can access them to put whatever in them.

The room was clean and well maintained. It was very comfortable. Only negatives were the cost. 800 for 1 night is a bit steep!!! Didn't allow for any discounts and still had to pay for breakfast. Another 30+ dollars. Also, 2 small water bottles were left on the counter. The robes were not soft at all. Just thought it was quite expensive for the location! The furniture was very nice but decore was outdated. Friendly staff.
