The room I was in was not as good as the photos suggested. The decor was tired. The kitchen area had no kettle and the other utensils were of poor quality.

DO NOT GO HERE. This was one of my worst experiences with a hotel/apt. The photos they advertise look nothing like what the actual place does. The rooms are basically jail cell sized. The front window to the building was missing and there was plastic and tape put over it, which didn’t feel very safe or well-maintained. Once you enter after getting the keys from the back of the building, the light in the hall goes off every 10 seconds. This was annoying since I arrived at midnight. The lobby area is unkept. The room itself reeked of cigarette smoke. Its advertise as a non-smoking venue, but clearly that is not enforced. There’s no ventilation. And after 30 minutes in the room, I started getting a bad headache from the cigarette smoke. Luckily, I had friends in the area that I could stay with that night and had to book and pay for another hotel for the rest of my stay. I contacted the Owner and Hotels.com contacted them many times as well, with no response. Made the mistake of pre-paying and since hotels.com requires the owner to sign a waiver to refund me, I was not able to get refunded. Deceptive advertising, negligent owner, and unkept venue.

It was hell. There was no air conditioning, it smelled bad, and there was zero care. They left a couple of "amenities" lying around in the sink. You don't know if they're really there or if someone left them behind. The closet is in bad condition. The room is neglected and not really clean. The only good thing I can say is that the Transavia bus stop was nearby. Ah!! And the amount of introductory material they send in a thousand languages... because they only read it in the language of the reservation and that's it! I don't recommend it.

Une horrible expérience. Dès l'arrivée, tout est sale, le hall, les escaliers. Puis la chambre, une odeur horrible de tabac et je ne sais quoi. Pour continuer, vitre de fenêtre félée, puis dans le bac du frigidaire, des déchets de nouriture, la hotte qui se décroche, de la moisissure dans la salle de bains, pas de porte à l'armoire de la salle de bain et de la rouille à l'intérieur de celle-ci. Dans la chambre pas de rideau, ni de stores. Et cerise sur le gateau, pas de serviettes de toilette, alors que celles ci sont prévues dans la location, alors que nous avons loué un "studio ville" et que des serviettes sont prévues dans la description. Heureusement, la literie était propre et visiblement, le logement avait été nettoyé mais un seul conseil : A FUIR. Il est difficile de comprendre comment "Hotel.com" peut proposer ce type de logements à la location.
