Väldigt bra boende och jätte skön säng även frukosten va jättebra. Lite tråkigt läge med dåligt resturang utbud, men hotellets restaurang va bra stängde dock lite tidigt. Skulle vidare med flyg på morgonen därför valdes detta hotell. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Decent hotel room but not share with non-romantic people as the shower is open and exposed to the whole room including the entrance. The TV is very small and looks to be from 2005. Next to the TV there were exposed wires ! When i searched for a hotel i made sure to enable the option / marker that the search only should include hotels with a restaurant but when i got to the hotel they did not have a restaurant, or well it was not open which was not disclosed at the time of booking the stay. The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice outdoor relaxing couch area and a bar. Unfortunately that area is right outside a lot of the rooms so it can be noisy and the smell of people smoking can enter the hotel room. Too bad with all these things :-/

Great place to spend a night when arriving in Düsseldorf airport area. Good parking. Great location. So glad that there was some air conditioning!! Restaurant was excellent for an incredible dinner. Service was great!

Rigtig godt stille og roligt sted. Der var også parkerings muligheder. Nogen gange kunne parkeringen godt være over parkeret så skal man finde et sted ude for at parkerer.

Prima overnachting gehad. 1 puntje omdat de bed bank was opgemaakt kon maar 1 van ons zitten. Er was 1 stoel. Verder was het een beetje leeg voor zo’n groot appartement. Bedden waren goed, personeel vriendelijk. Ideale locatie als je vliegt vanuit Düsseldorf.

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Hotel stark zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer waren deutliche Spinnweben zu sehen, was auf eine mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Zudem wirkte das Personal an der Rezeption überfordert und wenig hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend, da grundlegende Hygienestandards nicht eingehalten wurden. Ich würde dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle ein paar Meter entfernt, aber je nachdem wo man hin möchte dauert es eine Weile. Was wir dabei vermisst haben, dass es keine Möglichkeit im Hotel gab tagsüber eine Tasse Kaffee zu bekommen. Die Zimmer waren ok, müssten aber in Sachen Spinnenweben etwas besser kontrolliert werden. Mir fehlte eine Möglichkeit dem Personal zu signalisieren, dass ich keinen Zimmerservice brauche. Selbst mit Klopfen finde ich es unschön, wenn plötzlich Personal im Zimmer steht. Ansonsten war das Personal nett. Das Frühstück war gut mit riesiger Auswahl.

Room was full of cobwebs, AC did not work, called front desk at 3 in the morning which they informed me that they controlled the temperature from the front desk, but did not inform this during check in? And they only made the room slightly colder it was still too hot to get a good nights sleep. Okay for 1 night but would not recommend for any longer stay.

Accommodatie was top. Ontbijt was echt super uitgebreid , zelfs net zo uitgebreid als dat ik in de Hilton heb gehad. Één groot nadeel : kussens zijn super zacht ,helemaal niet stevig en ik kon ook geen 2e kussen krijgen. Sliep totaal niet. En laten we eerlijk zijn : we gaan uiteindelijk naar een hotel voor een goede nachtrust. Daarom ook de ene ster die ik niet geef

We stayed 3 nights in hotel. Breakfast was nice lots of choices but the staff wasn’t nice at all unfortunately I was disappointed. The room was good size nice and clean but very bad design because no door on bathroom so when you on relaxing and watching tv on the bed you see another person in the bathroom 🙄✋(no thank you). One night we was already sleeping and fire alarm went on everyone had to go outside ok that’s fine and necessary but when we went back inside the alarm was on 🚨 more at least 20-25 minutes and even no apologies from the staff.

Very nice hotel, incredible value for money and breakfast included. Only complaint really I was in room 301 which was near the elevator which I could hear late at night and early morning. I did not bother asking to change rooms as I was tired and there for just one night. Would happily stay again.

Toen we aankwamen kregen we geen enkele uitleg over het ontbijt, de faciliteiten, parking,…. We gingen dan maar naar de kamer die ons toegewezen werd en daar stonden we dan in een éénpersoonskamer (we hadden een tweepersoonskamer geboekt). Terug naar de receptie.. kosteloos omgeboekt naar een suite-kamer. De suite-kamer was een kamer met een luchtmatras, een veldbed en een gewoon bed. De kamer was niet echt in nette staat. Veel stof en het deken dat we ter beschikking hadden had bruine plekjes. Ondanks onze suite-kamer hadden we 1 glas voor het tanden poetsen en met de handdoeken zijn ze ook gierig. Douchen moet je doen met lauw water ( gaat gewoon niet warmer dan dit) wat niet leuk is als je al koud hebt. De douche bevond zich ook bijna in het midden van de kamer en is niet afgesloten. Je hebt er dus niet veel privacy als je je dagelijkse hygiëne wilt uitvoeren. Het personeel is niet zo vriendelijk en het hotel gaf ons louche vibes met veel besparingsmaatregelen. Wij raden het niet aan en gaan zelf ook niet meer terug.

Toen we aankwamen kregen we geen enkele uitleg over het ontbijt, de faciliteiten, parking,…. We gingen dan maar naar de kamer die ons toegewezen werd en daar stonden we dan in een éénpersoonskamer (we hadden een tweepersoonskamer geboekt). Terug naar de receptie.. kosteloos omgeboekt naar een suite-kamer. De suite-kamer was een kamer met een luchtmatras, een veldbed en een gewoon bed. De kamer was niet echt in nette staat. Parken konnten wir nicht , da nie jemand die Schranke geöffnet hat egal wie lange wir gewartet haben (haben es mehrmals probiert). Und leider gab es auch Mängel in der sauberkeit , sowohl beim Zimmer als auch im Essensraum oder der Lobby. Und leider war es auch sehr hellhörig und Laut im Hotel. Es spricht nicht für die Zimmer wenn ich den TV im Nebenzimmer hören kann. Und generell war leider viel Leben auf unserer Etage.

Bij aankomt totaal geen uitleg over ontbijt en faciliteiten. Wij vroegen naar de sauna, deze stond altijd aan werd ons verteld. Helaas bleek, toen wij eenmaal in de sauna zaten, deze niet aan te staan. De eerste ochtend in een koude hal moeten ontbijten omdat een carnavalsvereniging de ontbijtzaal ( restaurant) had gehuurd. Dit was ook niet van te voren gemeld door de receptie en merkten we pas bij aankomst in de ontbijtzaal. Kamer was over het algemeen netjes, alleen bad was erg vies rondom de scharnieren van de bad wand. Personeel was onvriendelijk. Bij uitchecken werd niet eens gevraagd hoe het verblijf was geweest. Ontbijt werd niet tijdig aangevuld.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr gut. Ich habe mich als Gast sehr Wohl gefühlt und werde wieder im Precise House Düsseldorf Airport Hotel buchen. Der Service im Haus ist hervorragend.

Wie immer hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant gibt es sehr gute Speisen und das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe mich als Gast sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle ein paar Meter entfernt, aber je nachdem wo man hin möchte dauert es eine Weile. Was wir dabei vermisst haben, dass es keine Möglichkeit im Hotel gab tagsüber eine Tasse Kaffee zu bekommen. Die Zimmer waren ok, müssten aber in Sachen Spinnenweben etwas besser kontrolliert werden. Mir fehlte eine Möglichkeit dem Personal zu signalisieren, dass ich keinen Zimmerservice brauche. Selbst mit Klopfen finde ich es unschön, wenn plötzlich Personal im Zimmer steht. Ansonsten war das Personal nett. Das Frühstück war gut mit riesiger Auswahl.

Prima overnachting gehad. 1 puntje omdat de bed bank was opgemaakt kon maar 1 van ons zitten. Er was 1 stoel. Verder was het een beetje leeg voor zo’n groot appartement. Bedden waren goed, personeel vriendelijk. Ideale locatie als je vliegt vanuit Düsseldorf.

My second time to stay here before an early morning flight home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was fabulous in the hotel restaurant. Easy parking and reservations. One small improvement would be a coffee/tea maker in the room for after a long drive and before dinner. Will be back!

Empfang sehr nett. Das Zimmer groß, leider war es sehr kalt im Zimmer. Da das Bad keine Tür hat, war es auch im Bad extrem kalt. Für zwei Personen gab es nur 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch!!! Wir haben Halbpension gebucht, das Abendessen hatte Kantinen Standard. Schade. Frühstück auch eher mittelmäßig, frische Brötchen bzw. Brot gehört für uns dazu. Die Auswahl ist zwar groß aber teilweise kalt ( Eier, Speck). Das Hotel liegt außerhalb im Gewerbegebiet. War für uns für eine Nacht nicht schlimm. Im Sommer ist die Terrasse bestimmt sehr angenehm. Wir hatten Sonderangebot und dafür war es ok, wenn man aber normale Preise für Zimmer und Essen ist Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis nicht gut.

Kregen bij aankomst een kamer met 2 enkele bedden, terwijl geboekt voor een groot bed. Aangegeven bij de receptie en kregen zonder moeite een niewe kamer naar onze wens. Ontbijt is lekker en erg uitgebreid.

Decent hotel room but not share with non-romantic people as the shower is open and exposed to the whole room including the entrance. The TV is very small and looks to be from 2005. Next to the TV there were exposed wires ! When i searched for a hotel i made sure to enable the option / marker that the search only should include hotels with a restaurant but when i got to the hotel they did not have a restaurant, or well it was not open which was not disclosed at the time of booking the stay. The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice outdoor relaxing couch area and a bar. Unfortunately that area is right outside a lot of the rooms so it can be noisy and the smell of people smoking can enter the hotel room. Too bad with all these things :-/

All staff was polite and sincere. Helpful. It is a silent and peaceful hotel. Very clean. The fish pond in the backyard is restful. Breakfast is quite nice with a lot of varieties. Labels on foods are easy to understand for Vegans or some religious selective eaters. I will stay here next time on my business trip. I would like a small refregirator in my room, but not a big deal.
