We had a small issue with the first apartment, but the management team was incredibly professional and resolved it immediately by upgrading us to a larger, nicer apartment in a different building. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes away from the beach, plenty of restaurants, and convenient public transport to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is very well located. North beach is very relaxing, calm, and not crowded like South Beach and also less expensive. Ive stayed in the apt with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very good for the price. Had some minor issues with one of the showers, but Sunny (manager) was always very helpful and took control of the situation. Special thanks for her. Lots of restaraunts, and also lots of parking spots (around $1/hour), but free after 11pm til 8am. Walking distance from the beach, very close. Id definitely stay again.

The location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Call property to get your code to your room before you check-in. Room looks like pictures. Staff were friendly. The tiles in the shower need a little love, the space could use a couple more washcloths, and maybe a can opener...but overall it was a lovely place to stay. I would stay here again.
