I had booked a single room for two nights. During congress times the prices are insanely high, so I knew this was one of the cheapest options. Entrance is with a key code, fine but the device needs quite hard pressing so you make easy mistakes and need to start over. The door handle of the bathroom came off and also the electric lock on the inside was loose. Quite noisy in the hallway and the rooms next to yours. Parking around the hotel was difficult as this is quite a crowded area and a lot of cars. It is fine if your expectations are not that high. The people are friendly. But to be honest, that's it.

Het is een eenvoudig hotel midden in een woonwijk, parkeren is ergens in de wijk. We hadden een 3 persoonskamer waar ook een kleine keuken bij zat. Deze hebben we niet gebruikt. Om bij deze kamer te komen, moesten we door een kleine buitenplaats. Dit was tevens de rookplek. In de kamer rook je een lichte rookgeur maar dit was niet hinderlijk voor ons. De raam van de badkamer grensde aan de rookplek namelijk. Maar wij hadden daar geen last van. Er stond op de kamer een fles water klaar wat erg fijn was. De bedden waren goed, misschien ietwat aan de harde kant. Het beddengoed rook fris en was schoon. De douche was ook prima. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt.

Not great, started off great with early checkin but then on returning about 4.30 found that there were no towels in the room, no duvet covers or pillow cases , the safe was shut and unable to open and very few electrical outlets. Also no kettle in the room to make a cuppa after climbing stairs as there was no lift and i was on the 4th floor

Gefiel mir: Nettes Dachzimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Insgesamt gemütlich. Könnte noch verbessert werden: kein Nachtisch neben dem Bett; angekündigter Schreibtisch ohne Stuhl, nur Hocker; kein Sessel zum Ausruhen. Keypad für Zugang zum Zimmer war im dunkeln Eck, so dass man die Zahlen beim Eingeben fast gar nicht sehen konnte.

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und nochmal danke an die nette Dame die uns noch Frühstücken ließ obwohl wir 15 Minuten zu spät waren. Absolut niedliches Guesthouse, super nettes Personal, alles Top!

vom Buchen bis zum Einchecken, alles hat prima geklappt. Ein Ansprechpartner ist immer zur Stelle. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, schön renoviert und sauber. Wenn der alte Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch jetzt noch erneuert werden, ist alles perfekt. Ein zweiter Stuhl bei einem Doppelzimmer wäre auch eine Idee um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Aber es ist ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis- wir buchen gerne wieder. Das Personal vor Ort ist auch sehr freundlich.

I had booked a single room for two nights. During congress times the prices are insanely high, so I knew this was one of the cheapest options. Entrance is with a key code, fine but the device needs quite hard pressing so you make easy mistakes and need to start over. The door handle of the bathroom came off and also the electric lock on the inside was loose. Quite noisy in the hallway and the rooms next to yours. Parking around the hotel was difficult as this is quite a crowded area and a lot of cars. It is fine if your expectations are not that high. The people are friendly. But to be honest, that's it.

Het is een eenvoudig hotel midden in een woonwijk, parkeren is ergens in de wijk. We hadden een 3 persoonskamer waar ook een kleine keuken bij zat. Deze hebben we niet gebruikt. Om bij deze kamer te komen, moesten we door een kleine buitenplaats. Dit was tevens de rookplek. In de kamer rook je een lichte rookgeur maar dit was niet hinderlijk voor ons. De raam van de badkamer grensde aan de rookplek namelijk. Maar wij hadden daar geen last van. Er stond op de kamer een fles water klaar wat erg fijn was. De bedden waren goed, misschien ietwat aan de harde kant. Het beddengoed rook fris en was schoon. De douche was ook prima. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt.

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und nochmal danke an die nette Dame die uns noch Frühstücken ließ obwohl wir 15 Minuten zu spät waren. Absolut niedliches Guesthouse, super nettes Personal, alles Top!

Gefiel mir: Nettes Dachzimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Insgesamt gemütlich. Könnte noch verbessert werden: kein Nachtisch neben dem Bett; angekündigter Schreibtisch ohne Stuhl, nur Hocker; kein Sessel zum Ausruhen. Keypad für Zugang zum Zimmer war im dunkeln Eck, so dass man die Zahlen beim Eingeben fast gar nicht sehen konnte.

Missing Amenity: We were highly disappointed to find that the baby bed we required was not available or provided, which created an immediate and significant inconvenience for our family. Severe Hygiene Hazard: The most alarming issue was discovered in the morning when I found bedbugs in my pillow. This constitutes a severe health and hygiene hazard. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, and this room requires immediate professional fumigation and sanitation. Privacy Failure: Additionally, the room's curtain could not close the whole way, leaving a visible gap. This seriously compromised our privacy, as anyone outside could look directly into the room. Action Required: Room 34 must be immediately inspected and taken out of service to address the confirmed pest issue and the basic maintenance fault with the window covering. We expect a prompt response regarding how these dangerous and unprofessional failings will be corrected.

Not great, started off great with early checkin but then on returning about 4.30 found that there were no towels in the room, no duvet covers or pillow cases , the safe was shut and unable to open and very few electrical outlets. Also no kettle in the room to make a cuppa after climbing stairs as there was no lift and i was on the 4th floor
