Bon rapport qualité prix. Hotel tranquille mais personnel peu présent. Parking clôturé payant (5euros). Chambre petite mais confortable. Très bonne literie et wifi correct. Ascenseur pratique. Juste à côté d’un mc donalds et Kfc. Utile ! À 10mn d’Aix la Chapelle.

Matig hotel. Alles smoezelig, niet heel fris. Geen waterkoker voor koffie of thee. Geen koelkastje/ minibar. Beneden in de hal een automaat om iets te drinken, maar daar kan ALLEEN contant geld in. Aangezien de receptie vaak dicht is, is er geen mogelijkheid is om te wisselen, dus geen mogelijkheid om iets te drinken.

Leider kein Willkommensgruß. Hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, das war gut, mit Treppe nach oben, dort standen noch 2 Einzelbetten. Nicht neu, aber ok für den Preis. Bad war sauber. Insgesamt nicht viel Platz, aber wir haben eh nur einmal übernachtet, insofern hat uns das nicht gestört. Parken 5€ pro Nacht. Das kostet oft sonst mehr, fand ich auch ok. Man kann aber sicher auch an der Straße einen Parkplatz finden. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber grundsätzlich gut aus. Von allem etwas dabei. Die Kinder hätten 6,90€ gekostet und unsere Kleinen essen wenig. Das wiederum war mir dafür zu teuer. Wir sind zu einem nahegelegenen Bäcker gegangen.

The room we had was quite nice. And staff friendly. Although it’s a 2* at a max! No bar or restaurant facilities even though it’s in the middle of nowhere! All you can do is get a beer from a vending machine in the evening and have in Your room( like a student would!!) there’s no common Rooms etc. In the morning the breakfast was good! But had to wait 20 minute with our tw ting kids for a table! The breakfast room Is Tony like a matchbox! And only one staff member running around like crazy trying to stock up the food which was going quickly as everyone came to eat at the same Time. The soundings is very industrial 🏭 nothing to write home about!

Das Hotel wurde gerade renoviert, dass ich den Aufzug nur sporadisch benützen konnte. Personal war aber sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbeging war etwas zu spät für mich.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis für das Familienzimmer ist absolut in Ordnung. Der Service und das Frühstück stimmen ebenso. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es leider Abstriche, da sich in den oberen Betten Haare befanden. Außerdem stört der hinter einer Klappe eingebaute Bad-Abluftventilator die Nachtruhe, da dieser ein permanentes Geräusch liefert, welches auch unten im Zimmer zu hören ist. Schade dafür, sonst wäre die Bewertung wirklich gut geworden. Aber das lässt sich ja ändern.

The rooms are small and fairly basic. They could be cleaner. A few surfaces were dusty and the bathroom needs an update. One of the rooms we stayed in was right by the smoking area and you could smell it from our room. Comfortable beds. Pleasant check-in staff.

Die Unterkunft war soweit gut für ein zwei Nächte. Es wäre nur hilfreich wenn die Check in Zeiten dick oder rot unterstrichen wären da es nicht nur uns so ging sondern anderen Gästen auch das wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten kamen und wir alle überlesen haben das man sich dafür bei ihnen melden muss.

Die Unterkunft war soweit gut für ein zwei Nächte. Easy stayover location when visiting Aachen, or when passing by, although the city is really worth a visit. The hotel is decent enough, could do with a little lick of paint here and there, but overall okay, staff is helpful and friendly. The surroundings are basically industrial/shopping/fastfood area. Near the highway, so convenient to get away from.

Nette accommodatie, prima gelegen. De badkamer is erg klein en was niet goed schoongemaakt. De rest van de (familie)kamer is ook niet heel ruim, maar helemaal prima voor 1 nachtje. Het ontbijt is goed, zeker voor een b&b hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

The room we had was quite nice. And staff friendly. Although it’s a 2* at a max! No bar or restaurant facilities even though it’s in the middle of nowhere! All you can do is get a beer from a vending machine in the evening and have in Your room( like a student would!!) there’s no common Rooms etc. In the morning the breakfast was good! But had to wait 20 minute with our tw ting kids for a table! The breakfast room Is Tony like a matchbox! And only one staff member running around like crazy trying to stock up the food which was going quickly as everyone came to eat at the same Time. The soundings is very industrial 🏭 nothing to write home about!

Very disappointing stay, especially as I was travelling with my family. The room had a strong musty/mouldy smell, which was very unpleasant. The hot water wasn’t working either, and when I asked the staff about it, I was told that it was the same for everyone. This was a very disappointing answer — guests should be able to expect hot water during their stay. Check-in was also not straightforward. There was nobody at reception when we arrived, so we had to call the emergency number for assistance. If there is no one at reception, the access code and clear instructions should be sent by email in advance. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what we expected, particularly when travelling with family.

Easy, clean and comfortable, very affordable prize for the spacious room with work area. Perfect over-nighter. Did not try the breakfast as it is quite pricey compared to the rooms.

The bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping on a cheap futon. Room was okay. Late night checkin was very inconvenient and stressful because they did not provide the correct information at booking. We spent an hour on the phone trying to sort it out
