We reached hotel and we have been told that the lift is working and after carrying our trolley bags to a different building through a tunnel , we got to know that the lift has not been repaired. We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation in the building near to reception. At the time of check out , we asked at the reception that we need help to bring our luggage down due to the lift not working but no one came to our room for help even after we were told at the reception that they will send somebody. The pool water was cold. The food lacked vegetarian options. The staff inside the restaurant can not speak English. The parking is not free which was not told to us at the time of checkin. The young man at the reception was also very rude to talk to.

Easy train to Garmisch. Quiet and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even had stamps for sale for our letters and postcards. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of foods, even an omelet/egg station. Train to Eibsee/Zugspitze is a mini block away and takes you right there (train passes provided to us as part of our stay). Great experience and would return
