Very friendly, warm, and helpful staff. The stay was enjoyable.

Room was pretty dirty. Had stains on almost all pillow cases, sheets, and blankets. There was garbage and candy wrappers behind and underneath the pull out couch. Visibly dirty spots/stains on the toilet seat that I had to personally clean off with Clorox wipes and the shower floor had dirt and grime on it. Staff was helpful and got our shuttle set up for very early in the morning which we appreciated. Front desk person also brought us out some breakfast items even though the continental breakfast didn’t officially begin until 6 am. The pool was fun for the kids but there were parts of the sitting area roped off with random construction materials sitting everywhere. Overall it was okay for what we needed but definitely would not stay there again.

the room was clean however the aluminum bed popped and cracked at the slightest movement the pillows arent full sized theyre like a smal square with no insides so bring your own. the tvs extremely difficult to figure out basic tv not screencasting or logging into a streaming app. lady at the desk who checked me in didnt tell me where the pool was, didnt give me checkout, breakfast, or pool hours. grabbed some orange juice and was completely spoiled had to throw away. vending machines are old and only accept 1$ bills. not an enjoyable stay but it was clean at least

Staff were all very nice. My room was clean and roomy. Breakfast and coffee were hot and very good with a friendly staff member.
