Bad experience for a close to 300$ room! Shocking. Elevator didn’t work to lift luggage. Front person didn’t want to help. Room smelly, noise from elevator. Very basic poor quality breakfast. Bed was bad and springs old. I was planning 3 days and decided change to another cheaper and incredibly better experience. Long time if not ever having something that bad and for the price even worse.

The staff is amazing every single one of them made my experience amazing im going back in october already booked it i love them will NOT stay anywhere else when im in Brooklyn!!! Noisy with no parking available not only to park the car but even to unload to check in. The worst place I ever stayed. Stuff was rude, and not professional and refused to tell their names and the name of the manager. Bathroom had broken tiles and mold. The bus station was right under the window with a super loud noise even after a midnight. The hotel claimed that it is smoke-free, which was not at all. Room was smelling like smoke and in the hallway the smell of the weed. Overall, not even compare to Best Western. It is the worst hotel I ever stayed so far, so I will never stay there again!

Room was clean except shower stall had mildew/mold at base of shower stall! Behind window in room was dirty. Noise from street outside! Limited onsite parking. No available street parking! Hot breakfast available, this was a plus! Lobby not very inviting, could do with a facelift - dark interior! Would rate at 2-2.5 - not worth the price paid!

The entire hotel smelled of cleaning products. Very overpowering and awful. Security was lax.garage access door was propped open. Bathroom toilet leaked and had no ventilation. Front desk was very friendly.

We got stranded at JFK and this was one of the few hotels left. We were in a basement room where only one of two window locks worked, which I think was a safety concern considering anyone could kick the window in from the street. There was a half empty beer can laying on the windowsill, and when you stepped on the floorboards by the window liquid came out...beer or water, not sure which. The water in the shower ran brown in the morning for 5 minutes. The wheel on the luggage trolley was flat. On the good side, the breakfast was clean and simple.

Terrible stay. Hotel don’t advertise that first floor is basement. I could not sleep and saw people’s fits in the window and cars weels. Breakfast muffins was steal. Hotels should be penalized for dirty carpets and withholding information from customers. Staying in half basement room is not acceptable.

I had absolutely horrible experience staying at this hotel. The very first night, there was so much door slamming and loud noise coming from outside and room next to me that I was up all night. Called front desk twice and absolutely nothing was done. They moved me up to 3rd floor for the next 3 nights after refusing to cancel the nights and refund the money. The final night my friend after leaving me was cornered by some guy in the elevator, blocking her exit, she finally managed to run out to front desk asking for help , except they did nothing at all, pretty much told her-what you want us to do?! Will never stay here again!

This hotel currently is holding my NYS driver license which the guy working the front desk neglected to hand back to me with my room key. Today - two days after my booking on 4/15 - I received a call from this hotel. This Best Western Plus employee (different from the other night) informed me that I would have to physically return to the hotel to retrieve my license and that they could not mail it to me. Today I arranged for FedEx (my business account) to pick up my license tomorrow and called the hotel front desk to let them know. Wrong! I was then informed that I had to email the hotel owner (?) manager (?) to request release of my license and I am now awaiting her reply to see if my license can be released to FedEx and then be shipped back to me. Unacceptable.

Everything was great! I stayed here about a month ago and that’s why I came back on 10/20. However, when I arrived at 915pm I was met with a very rude a host, his name is Same. Or at least that’s what he told me. I told him I like to use my American Express cards to get my travel points. He said no you cannot (curse word) do that. He stood up, folded his arms as if he was trying to intimidate me. Nonetheless, once I asked for his name and said I’d leave a review his entire demeanor changed. Umm my stay was Great but I would give the customer service at the front desk an honest 0/10 because of how Sam treated me. I see you all rejected my review above? That’s fine! I’ll make sure I’ll post a review on Google as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice & quite neighborhood. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice & accommodating. Bus stops right outside of hotel. Staff even gave me a complimentary hour on check out. I will definitely stay here again !

Nice, quiet and clean place with breakfast included, very convenient. Beautiful walking area along the canal and pretty safe. A lot of restaurants and cafes along the canal. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Nice, quiet and clean place with breakfast included, very convenient. Beautiful walking area along the canal and pretty safe. A lot of restaurants and cafes along the canal. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We got stranded at JFK and this was one of the few hotels left. We were in a basement room where only one of two window locks worked, which I think was a safety concern considering anyone could kick the window in from the street. There was a half empty beer can laying on the windowsill, and when you stepped on the floorboards by the window liquid came out...beer or water, not sure which. The water in the shower ran brown in the morning for 5 minutes. The wheel on the luggage trolley was flat. On the good side, the breakfast was clean and simple.

Pretty hotel with all the important amenities, especially its own off-street parking. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff cleaned constantly in the public areas form the time we arrived. The room was outstanding, and the bathroom was impeccable, if a little small. will definitely stay there again.

Room needed a bit of maintenance especially the bathroom door. Check in was not great, the lady was not very friendly at all, the girl on check out day was much nicer however $40 per hour for a late check out is excessive as was the rate per night. The best thing about this hotel was the lady topping up breakfast items and the cleanliness of all areas, these are the staff that should be praised

Bad experience for a close to 300$ room! Shocking. Elevator didn’t work to lift luggage. Front person didn’t want to help. Room smelly, noise from elevator. Very basic poor quality breakfast. Bed was bad and springs old. I was planning 3 days and decided change to another cheaper and incredibly better experience. Long time if not ever having something that bad and for the price even worse.

This hotel was a really pleasant find after a horrible travel day. The staff were incredibly kind, and helpful. The room was super comfortable, loved the pharmacopia products in the bathroom. I also really appreciated the breakfast buffet - the hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and Brighton beach with all its shops. I’d definitely stay there agai.

Sitting in my room at 10:45pm working and on speakerphone with my husband when my door slams against the top safety lock 3 times. I ran to the door to look out the keyhole and the person had already ran away. I called front desk who apologized that security was checking the room even though there was no knock on the door and they overrode my safety lock and tried slamming it 3 times! She said sorry for the inconvenience, they should have knocked. This was the same clerk who had just checked me in a few hours before knowing the room was occupied. The next day I asked to speak to the manager and she said they were not in during the evening shift. I called numerous times to be told they were not available and to call back later. I never reached them and didn't get a call from them either. Completely unacceptable and not even sure it was security and not someone else provided with a master key! I was offered a small discount on my next stay, This was a safety issue, I was not looking for a discount next time!
