Great value. Not fancy but had all we needed: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, microwave, frig, dog friendly, breakfast and even an outdoor pool.

I appreciated the ease of parking directly in front of my room, making loading and unloading much simpler. Additionally, the motel's location is very convenient, with a gas station and convenience store situated right next door.

There is not leash free zone for dogs, but they have a grass area. They will update on Expedia. Great customer service and really enjoyed the breakfast . Didn’t get to try the pool. Love that I was in the back building and didn’t hear the road noise. Happy my dog come and had a low fee.

The property was easy to navigate. I love the pool. Wish there was a bathroom out there especially when your hotel room is on the other side. It is clean. We came out to see our child. It was perfect.

I wish the condition of the rooms and the outside areas were as fantastic as the staff. Piles and piles and piles of dog poop everywhere. There is a designated "Dog Area" with an empty poop bag station. It was awful, I could not take my dog in there without stepping in some other dogs poop. Same in all other common areas, on top of bushes, in the rocks, on the curb... Yuck, not a poop bag in sight. I used my own but it looked like no one else had in months! I was in a "Dog friendly" room, so had modified my expectations. But not as much as I should have. I wiped up some spilled water and the paper towel came back black. Tsk Tsk Tsk

Good location off the highway. Staff friendly and helpful. Room wasn’t cleaned. Sheets were dirty with hair and toenail clippings. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I tried using the phone, but it the receiver looked like it hadn’t been cleaner in yrs. I was offered another room but that room was even worse.

The room was filthy, there were spiders in every corner & webs ..the toilet rocked when you sat on it, literally coming off the floor, you could feel every spring in the bed, there were sketchy people all over, including the jeep parked on the north side of the building with what appeared to be druggies living out of it We ran out of toilet paper Saturday night, there was no one available to bring it to my room so i had to go get it

With a 4pm check in there was a lot of people waiting to check in. They did great but 6 people deep at 4:15….. They need to do a pre check in type of thing to keep the line flowing. They gave me the wrong room at check in. Quickly and easily fixed. The walls in our room are disgustingly full of hand and feet marks. Opened the fridge and a whole onion in a bag was rotten in there!! Like black moldy rotten. So it had been in there a bit. They emptied garbage cans the night we got there. Those bags of garbage were laying all around the property the next morning. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff is great. They just need to step up the cleanliness a lot. The area is ok. We went for a walk and I wasn’t a huge fan of all the gas station workers lined up outside smoking and standing around talking about stuff that probably needs to be an at home conversation. That’s not the hotels issue. Just want to include that. We would stay there again but I may call ahead and make sure the room is cleaned up a bit better first.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. But room was dirty, not enough towels in room for a whole family. And the floor was absolutely foul. We let our kids walk barefoot around and their feet were black in both times we’ve stayed not sure if we’ll be back.

I stayed here because I had stayed 5 years ago and it was convenient. Quality of the rooms has deteriorated. Weird mismatched personal amenities (I bring my own so not a big deal) but no hand soap, only given one bath towel so had to use hand towel to step on getting out of the shower, also only given one washcloth. Temperature control was old with no temperature display and I had to keep getting out of bed to adjust it. People rolling their suitcases past the room in the morning woke me up (I should've worn earplugs).

great for a one night stay to explore bend and surrounding area. Very accessibly located, easy to find, and not crowded. Appreciated the kind front desk staff and the comfort of the room and nice Bkfast. My only negative comment is that I could hear everything through the ceiling, talking, tv, and music.

The rooms dont have a table and chairs to sit at. The light switch by the entry door doesn't control anything so you cant see anything when entering in the evening. Other than that the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable.

Our room looked nothing like the picture and I was told I was lucky to get a room because four of the cleaning crew quit all the same day. The sheets were so thin from wear and the sides of the sheets were all torn where they hugged onto the elastic around the mattress. It looked like a room from 1990. The bed was so hard but the lights & fridge worked.

The facility overall could use a bit of a facelift, but the room itself was nice enough. We had our two dogs with us and there’s not much of any dog relief area around the property, although they do provide waste bags/cans in a couple of spots. The beds were quite squeaky and the TV selection was minimal. Overall adequate but definitely nothing fancy.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with various firmness pillows. The TV was a little fuzzy but was a short drive to downtown and was priced well. Breakfast was good to saisage gravy and buscuiy and other options. Aside from the TV syay was flawless.

Had a reservation , got there at 4:30 Finally got a room at 8pm , because rooms were not cleaned and ready , numerous people had to wait,, I'm 68 in poor health and I waited 3 and a half hours!!!!! With my kids and wife, I don't think I will use Expedia again or ever stay at that hotel again.. staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, ,But driving 4 hours to hotel then waiting 3.5 hours is wrong

The night staff was not friendly they gave wrong information then they accused of lying it really hurt no respect. The day staff was so friendly and very welcoming. Also We could hear the people next door the we loud most of the night. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone

We didnt even check the room, the front desk couldn't find their list of guests, the lobby reeked of weed, the receptionist couldn't find paper to write things down, wasn't sure where the keys to the room were, and when she did find a key for us, was not certain without checking if anyone was even using the room.

The young lady that checked us in was great. Kind, friendly and helpful. The night person was engaging and an interesting character, but not very helpful. The TV remote did not work. She told us to come to the desk for batteries. That didn't fix it & she offered no other suggestion to fix it when asked.

The front check in staff was ridiculous and unprofessional. One staff member was really rude to the girl that was trying to check us in, and she was obviously new and didn’t know what to do. They couldn’t find the reservation and at one point told me I was out of luck, even though I had prepaid. They also charged me an extra $25 for my dog on the spot. We had one towel and it looked like the room wasn’t restocked from the previous people. And there was no tv. We also watched other customers complain in the lobby and the staff was very unprofessional. They even deactivated the room key of one lady with her child because the lady was complaining. They literally locked her out of her room with her belongings in it! Terrible place. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

The staff I had contact with from my check in to when I checked out, were amazing and friendly. They never made you feel unwanted. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. It was hot and fresh and the coffee was great. My room was very clean and quiet. I had people on both sides and above me and it was more quiet than most hotels I have stayed before. Anyone wanting a place to stay in Bend should check out this hotel.

It was hot and fresh and the coffee was great. My room was very clean and quiet. I had people on both sides and above me and it was more quiet than most hotels I have stayed before. Anyone wanting a place to stay in Bend should check out this hotel.

easy parking and check-in. There is a 24/7 winco next door which is awesome. Room itself was spacious and ac was already turned on, which was nice since it was a hot day. Nothing fancy, but also not the worst I’ve stayed in. Definitely a budget stay, but I’d stay again if I were passing through.

Room was very clean. Easy parking right in front of room door. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would have preferred a room not so close to Main Street due to traffic noise.

I appreciated the ease of parking directly in front of my room, making loading and unloading much simpler. Additionally, the motel's location is very convenient, with a gas station and convenience store situated right next door.

The Motel was at a good spot on the north end of town, and was quiet and clean. It has good pet-friendliness and the staff were great.

For the price and location it was just right for a short stay. Very clean, breakfast very basic, descent pool. No place to go for a walk except on the Main Street.

I wish the breakfast was better. It would have been nice to have some eggs and some fruit. All they had was biscuits and gravy. And muffins. Not very healthy.

We had never been to Bend, so shopped on Hotels.com and this hotel has a decent rating from guests. Overall the stay was ok and I would go back, now that I have been there. It is older but well cared for. It is clean.. really clean, but the beds have very old bedding and one lamp because of insufficient plugs -- the fridge is excellent and there is a microwave which a lot of hotels have stopped. There are no elevators in most of the hotel so if you need no stairs, get on the phone beforehand. The 4 pm check in is a total drag. There is a line out the door. The staff is doing everything they can, great mood, great attitude and they are under staffed. The breakfast was totally awful... all sweets and carbs -- but again, I am vegan, so maybe to picky for some -- for the price in the area it worked for us!

We stayed for one night this past weekend, staff was friendly and room was very clean and cozy! Pool was nice as well. Only downside: the breakfast gave my partner and I an upset stomach and eggs were cold. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Basic motel with no frills. The breakfast was okay. Coffee was weak and eggs were ready 45 min after each batch ran out. I felt badly for the front desk employee who had to run the whole breakfast and checkouts. Overpriced for the quality.

I thought the hotel was quite nice. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the bed. I would rank the bed as the real deterrent for this property. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor. It was so hard. I recognize that people have different taste and comfort when it comes to mattress firmness, but th the mattress in room 129 was truly hard and did not give it all

This is a Motel and I rate accordingly. For a Motel it was very nice. I noticed a couple issues which I brought to the management's attention and they were addressing it. They are actually in the process of updating and renovating which will really put this in Hotel category. Already the large ceramic tiles in the shower are way above motel grade. The check-in staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, but not great, but for the rate I had hot options (pre-fab eggs, biscuits & gravy) so I cannot complain; definitely better than just a continental breakfast. For a 1-2 night stay it is great place to stopover, and priced affordably. Location on north end of Bend off Hwy 20 was convenient. Once it is fully renovated this will be the Cadillac of Motels!

Really amazing staff they went above and beyond, the blonde pretty lady was running up the third floor so i could have bandages and a working tv cable and remote control. Very attentive genuine staff
