There is no elevator so youre dragging your luggage up a staircase. Breakfast is coffee and toast. Most everything is stained. Loud person 4 doors down clearly audible. Surprise deposit fee of 150 dollars.

Area of town was not the cleanest, parking was non existent.

The said they have pool available but then get there and told pools been out of service for 7 years. One of the bathrooms didn’t have the ventilation working so room got weird smell and the other the blow dryer didn’t work

The property is old and rusty and there is no elevator for upper level floors which sucks. It’s okay if you’re in a rush and need something quick and cheap. Location is good and near restaurants and gas station which is nice.

The parking was bad. Not enough room and no trailer parking. Lots of people roaming around at night.

The pool was closed along with the hot tub that should have been noted when we booked. The room was very outdated and dark half of the lights didn't work. There were only 2 towels in the room. So we had to go ask for more evenly.No, we had booked the room for 4 people. Breakfast was terrible. We had to go out overall. It was extremely uncomfortable and we left a day early, so we didn't have to stay another night.

The pool is out of service also the hot tub. The breakfast is very sparce. Had to wait forever to check out( no employee at the counter). There were 2 couples who just left because they were done waiting.

It was affordable. I however booked it cause it said it had a pool and hot tub and sauna. Did not state the pool was ourside and empty. And the hot tub and sauna was out of order.

No pool. No breakfast. Limited parking. Park on the wrong side, you will be towed.

worst hotel experience ive ever had. no reception service, dirty, loud ac, pool is empty, tv didnt even work. just horrible.

I was absolutely heart broken I had to stay here, the hotel looks nothing like the photos and sadly I didn’t have the funds to wait for a refund so I didn’t have a choice but to stay and I arrived around 11:45 pm to check in.. so I had nowhere else to go. My sheets were covered in stains I had to go downstairs and request clean ones. I cleaned the hotel room myself to ease my nerves. I have a compromised immune system and currently struggling with another infection I contracted while traveling.. I was distraught I had nowhere else to go.. this place is disgusting and I didn’t have it in me to argue with the people there there was a language barrier and I just wanted to go, I paid over $200 for this AWFUL place. And there’s homeless everywhere outside… and the hotel is incredibly unclean. I didn’t feel safe I wish I could get my money back.. I was in tears

Do not stay here. I was scheduled to stay 3 nights and finally couldnt handle it and left. I found cockroaches everywhere, all sizes. The parking lot was full of homeless people and drug deals. I felt so unsafe. The tub was rusty. The beds were hard as rock, old and all the linens had stains and holes in them. The "hot" breakfast was waffles, cold cereal and lightly brown water. Would recommend not ever even driving through the parking lot.

Bugs and roaches crawling around the whole room. Stained towels, stained sheets and all different types of hair on the pillows. They definitely did not change the pillow cases. Laundry room and all amenities listed are out of order or unavailable. The toilet and other surfaces were dirty and room was not in good shape!! To be fair we did not bring the issues to the front desk. Not for the lack of wanting to but we were afraid of what other room we were going to get stuck with and they too forever to get checked in. I guess you get what you pay for but this was just gross.

Dirty sheets on one bed. Dirty pillowcases on the other. Stains that looked like blood on the carpet. Homeless people surrounding the property and parking lot. The hotel was filled with a terrible smell that seemed to be trying to mask the odor of pot but wasn't doing a very good job of it. I had to go buy febreeze and new blankets to make it through the night.

A child checked us in to our room. There was a terribly rude sign on the front desk talking about how if you don't eat all of the food on your plate and threw food away they were going to charge the cost to your room. If such a sign was actually necessary it should have been placed somewhere else, not on the front desk. It certainly read to me as threatening and unwelcoming. The toilet had poop streaks in it. There was a cockroach in the shower. There was splash marks on the back of the bathroom door and shower curtain and there were hairs on the bathroom floor walls and tub. I don't know what it was, but it was gross. The top blanket on the bed was covered in stains. I have no idea if it was clean. The sheets had reddish brown lipstick, candy, or blood on them and it looked like they were new markings. We removed ALL of the bedding so they would change it and they didn't. They just re-made the bed with the same bedding. When we went to turn on the tv, we noticed the remnants controll was taped and not very well. Go figure, as soon as my husband hit the power button the whole thing came apart. We couldn't find a way to turn the tv off so we just unplugged it. I have no doubt they will charge us for it. I tried to talk to them about it before we left, but no one was coming to the front desk! We could not wait all day, so we left. I will never stay here again!

Came back to my room at night and found german cockroaches and an old blood stain on the blanket of the bed. Between the headboard i could see hair, dead skin flakes, etc. Like it never gets cleaned. Was not a good experience for me but i guess you get what you pay for. Just sad i can go other places and get a hotel room for the same amount with much more cleanliness.

All the common areas except the lobby were closed and I discovered cockroaches in the bathroom

Torn screens, broken mini blinds, bad neighborhood, filthy lobby, yellow stained sheets, bood on sheets, chips found between sheets.

No hot water shower, toilet flapper broken, TV off set from bed small, remote was working but had broken front

I booked this hotel for the pool. When I arrived, I was informed the pool was closed until further notice. When I first arrived at my room, I noticed the multiple stains and sticky areas located on the carpet. My bedsheets were also stained. On my first night, the AC unit only blew out warm air. It was summer temperatures outside at the time of this review. I had to unplug the unit and plug it back in several times until the cold air came through.

Put me outside the ice machine vending machine station. Poor lighting in the room.

This is an affordable, comfortable hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

Room size was good and very clean.

AC was too noisy couldn't sleep till turned it off but when we turnedit off, the room get muddy. Maybe just because of the rainy weather. No explanation of Breakfast, Internet access when we checked in. Our stay was just one night so crashed in bed.Bed and lines are clean, they might need to have a new towels.

Noise level from street vehicles.

Everything was great except my room was right across from the exit door so I did heat people coming and going all night.

We experienced a loud neighbor one of our 3 nights and the walls seem to be a bit thin, but overall it was very clean and a good stay!

I was very unhappy and disappointed in this hotel. They required a deposit, I was fine with that, however, there was NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE STATING THEY DID NOT ACCEPT CASH. THEY ONLY TAKE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND NO RETURN OF DEPOST ROR A WEEK TO 10 DAYS. I WAS GOING ON A CRUISE AND NEEDED THE DEPOSIT RETURNED UP ON CHECK OUT. RHE STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY, IN FACT RUDE. I HAD PREPAID FOR THE ROOM, AND HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL LAST MINUTE AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE. VERY UNHAPPY, HAVING TO PAY FOR A ROOM TWICETAMMIE HUBLER

Inside the hotel and room is very clean and staff if frienly. Outside of the property feels a little sketchy because people are just hanging around, bummy like.

It’s a basic hotel. We stayed for a couple nights while on a ski trip. It is relatively close to Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. It’s also right next to frontrunner stop and starting point for ski buses. The breakfast in the morning was very basic and is an area where the experience could be improved.

This hotel is on the UTA train line. So easy to get anywhere. The hotel is perfect for me

Did not feel safe at this property at all. Shares a parking lot with a gas station. So thankful to the expedia customer service rep and the person working the front desk for canceling my stay at no extra charge. Would never book here again.

Third year in a row at this hotel for Supercross. They are great to deal with. This hotel is on the light rail which is perfect for me.

Convenient hotel not too far off the highway. Friendly staff, and ok parking facilities. No breakfast was available though, apparently due to being short on staff, which was disappointing.

The hotel is quite clean. I was disappointed with breakfast. I went to have breakfast at 7:30 am and there was no breakfast left, only juice and coffee. There was no bread or pancake left for my family. I asked at the counter and they kindly told me that they had run out. Apparently I had to get up at 5 am to have breakfast.

Free breakfast was advertised. But at check-in I was advised no breakfast would be served.

This is the whole reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast was waffles, bread, bagels, English muffins, 2 cold cereals, or oatmeal packets. Pick your carbogydrate. No fruits, no protein, no other yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, or anything else. Very disappointing.

Hotel is in a questionable area. It felt sleazy inside and had homeless people outside. The photos made the hotel look better than it was. Inside, the comforters had stains, the walls filled with unpainted spackling and everything looked old. There was no elevator. The breakfast was heavy on breads with no fruit or yogurt for gluten free eaters. I should have known better since the rate was so much less. Only positive thing was the beds were comfortable.

It’s average. People nice. But no spa, pool closed and breakfast was waffle, bagel and Raisin Bran or flakes with warm milk nothing refrigerated. No fruit or cream cheese. So basic. They have refrigerated, hair dryer, ironing board.

Breakfast basic with cereal, bagels and waffles.. But considering the price of the motel and some of its other amenities, it was certainly worth it to have just a starter breakfast.. motel is easy 10 min walking to transit station to get to Solitude Ski area…. well, I was there. It was difficult to find front desk staff to deal with an issue with my room and difficult to get a hold of somebody on the phone. It wasn’t a significant issue, Tyler kept falling off the wall, but I wish they had a system to get a hold of somebody more easier if an issue arises. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.
