All Inn Hotel

When I booked this hotel, I had the impression it was a trendy and swanky hotel. When we arrived, I had a panic moment when I saw the large neon "HOTEL" sign out front. At face value, it looked like it was a cheaper, older hotel, and not the image I had when booking. However, even though I had that feeling when I first pulled up, it was not that way at all. We both found it to be the trendy, swanky hotel that we wanted after all. The bar inside & the outdoor space were awesome. The bartender was great. She was helpful & attentive. Each morning/evening, the lobby & outdoor area were busy with young professionals on their computers, happy hour groups, & good music. The hotel is safe, comfortable, easily accessible, trendy, and active. It had a vibe that makes me want to go back for a drink even after we move to Denver. We extended our trip an extra day, and I had another panic moment when I tried to confirm it in advance & again with a voicemail when we were out that day. When we got back to the hotel, I approached the check-in area expecting bad news; instead, it was quite the opposite. I'm not sure if it was the Manager or Owner, but he apologized for causing anxiety with the process & he made it right. I'm in the service/hospitality industry as well, and know there are always going to be issues that arise, but the key is how they are handled. These guys did it right. I love this hotel and will refer anyone, family, friends, everyone to stay there while in town.

Loud and bathroom receptacles didn’t work

Cool hotel with a retro feel and vibe. I was there in business but would stay there again the next time I’m in town. Lots id restaurants and coffee houses I walking distance and there’s a great Mediterranean restaurant on property. The main lobby is a combination of Check-in desk, full bar and breakfast spot (including espresso). The beds were the most comfortable I’ve experienced in some time. I highly recommend the All Inn no matter what the occasion.

They've done a great job with renovations overall, but the smell of an old building remains, so if you're coming, bring a little room spray. With the exception of one very cranky desk person, the staff was delightful and very helpful. The food was pretty good, though the chicken fingers were maybe the blandest thing ever. The food was delivered once without utensils or salt/pepper, so I had to be sure to ask for it next time. The coffee choice in the room is horrible, Nescafe. And there is no noise dampening between rooms, so I could hear my neighbor's tv, hair dryer, and intimate conversation. The bed was super comfortable. Bring earplugs, room spray, maybe a portable white noise machine, and you'll be golden.

What a wonderful place to stay in Denver! So excited to discover the All Inn! Our room was spacious and well decorated and very clean! The staff were helpful and very pleasant. We had cocktails at the bar which were great and enjoyed the live music on the pretty patio. We will definitely return.
