Loved the MCM vibe and the room was super clean!!

Staff were incredible and the location was perfect for our trip. Room was beautiful and clean. All day craft coffee was a great perk! Overall amazing stay!

The property is fine, but I won’t be staying here again. Between no mini frig, no microwave, no coffee maker, and not even an ice machine anywhere to be found, it didn’t have the essentials we’re used to. But add no way to watch anything on the television and half a shower door (by design) so the room gets wet, and no clocks - it was inconvenient. Yes, they provided a plug in kettle and two instant coffee packs (that weren’t replenished on the second day), but I didn’t find that appealing. I also broke both toenails on the metal bed frame and nowhere did it say parking is $25 a night in a not so great area. It was a lot of little things that added up to not a great experience. Not bad, but disappointing.

Great hotel, quiet and close to the park. Nice, little gym with a Peloton Bike+ and Peloton Tread. They could be cleaned better as they were well used and lots of dried sweat! But overall a great experience.

When I booked this hotel, I had the impression it was a trendy and swanky hotel. When we arrived, I had a panic moment when I saw the large neon "HOTEL" sign out front. At face value, it looked like it was a cheaper, older hotel, and not the image I had when booking. However, even though I had that feeling when I first pulled up, it was not that way at all. We both found it to be the trendy, swanky hotel that we wanted after all. The bar inside & the outdoor space were awesome. The bartender was great. She was helpful & attentive. Each morning/evening, the lobby & outdoor area were busy with young professionals on their computers, happy hour groups, & good music. The hotel is safe, comfortable, easily accessible, trendy, and active. It had a vibe that makes me want to go back for a drink even after we move to Denver. We extended our trip an extra day, and I had another panic moment when I tried to confirm it in advance & again with a voicemail when we were out that day. When we got back to the hotel, I approached the check-in area expecting bad news; instead, it was quite the opposite. I'm not sure if it was the Manager or Owner, but he apologized for causing anxiety with the process & he made it right. I'm in the service/hospitality industry as well, and know there are always going to be issues that arise, but the key is how they are handled. These guys did it right. I love this hotel and will refer anyone, family, friends, everyone to stay there while in town.
