Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.

The house has a lot of space and was well arranged. Being in a wooded area close to the lake, there were some bugs getting into the house during the stay.

Stinkbugs and ants and dust oh my!Place was absolutely disgusting inside. Their cleaning company is taking them to the cleaners! It's a straight investment property, so no one stops by to check it I guess. I sent a video of me making a circle in the table dust. To be fair, the interior has been updated, they have nice garage for kids to play and a fire pit, but wood was superwet, so it was smoke put for us. The price was cheap, guess I got what I paid for.
