I liked the location as to how close it was to JFK. However, the menu was quite limited and the food was terrible. The gym is really small (I've seen home gyms with more in them than this one). As for the shuttle, the driver drove quite fast and was on the opposite side of the road heading toward oncoming traffic as he looked to avoid having to wait for a car to move that was blocking our lane. He then drove into one driveway of a gas station and out the other side and into oncoming traffic. Pointed these issues out to the hotel management and got a pre-scripted response that left me feeling like nothing is going to change.

What u didn’t like is the lack of private parking on the grounds and was charged $40 for valet parking. The only free parking was in the street. Really? In that area? Really didn’t leave me much of a choice but to pay the rent straight money. Will never go there again.

Nice large room with comfy bed, fridge and microwave, Keurig in room, free fast shuttle straight to terminal. On arrival you have to take AirTrain to Federal Circle and wait for shuttle to hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Main issue is elevators. There were only two and one was not in service so we waited for 20 minutes before taking the fire escape stairs down. Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor.

It was nice to have the wine and cheese and crackers in the lobby before dinner and even though your menu is small, we were able to get something to eat that was OK for us. The unfortunate thing is that is so loud in there the acoustics are poor and the music is blaring, and it really is hard to think Plus your phone call system from the airport to be picked up was really really really hard to hear who is on the line and it's also not working at the airport to pick up the phone there a room is clean, but I have to say the hallways look kind of dirty

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. No room safe. Very small gym with limited work out equipment. Really nothing to explore or see close to the hotel and no other restaurants close by. The room was in good condition. The hotel did not look shabby. Solid 3 stars from me. The hotel shuttle and driver was a nice plus too.

Terrible experience. The bathroom was covered in hair, and the towels appeared stained and dirty. The hotel and room itself felt run-down with stained carpet, and while the sheets seemed clean, the bed was the only spot I felt comfortable using, almost like an island of cleanliness. Thankfully, I had brought sanitizer with me. This stay was extremely disappointing and not at the level expected from Marriott. I understand the location near the airport drives up the price, but over $500 for a room that feels like it’s worth less than $100 is unacceptable. At the very least, the property should be clean and well-maintained.

Room was dirty, bugs in the fridge, hairs in the tub, curtains didn't close, bed hard and lumpy. Unfortunately English is my 1st and only language so I was not able to understand the reception staff easily. Don't think I'll be back.

The interior was dirty and in need of an upgrade. The restaurant was in a terrible location, small and not very private. The elevator was filthy and the rooms were not maintained very well. I would not consider staying there again.

Everything was fine about this hotel except the shower does not have a hand held nozzle. The only nozzle was way up high at the ceiling and the position could not be changed. Bad set up. I hand to borrow a cup to hold water to rinse where I want to rinse. Very inconvenient.

The hotel was close to the airport, the rooms were nice and excellent customer services as well as rooms were quiet, I couldn’t hear the people walking pass my room talking as I was right opposite the elevator. The only two issues I had with the room is the TV would blank out for a few seconds and come back in. And lastly was the shower didn’t have a closed door or shower curtain, it had a small partition which caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor.

The front desk staff was terrible and has a bad attitude. They put us out of the room one day earlier and did not look at our Expedia conformation. They let us go back into the room when Expedia called. Staff there are extremely terrible. I would not recommend.

This was just a quick overnight stay prior to an early flight out of JFK. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much to Junior who was so helpful. He greeted us out front and helped us with our valet parking and luggage. He even gave us each a voucher for drinks at the bar. We will definitely stay here again.

The shuttle service is very good. Our drivers have always been very professional and courteous. Emily who works at the front desk is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She gave us helpful information for getting around in New York during our stay. She always had a smile for everyone and NEVER made you feel like you were a bother- even when she was busy.

Front desk and shuttle staff very helpful and friendly. Bed is super comfortable and room was quiet - much appreciated. Only thing I wish you had was a way to have hot water in the room - could not get the Kerig to give me hot water despite reading the directions and trying 3 times.

I flew in with my two small kids in tow from Germany before check in time. We were exhausted and Anna saw that. She took the time to find us an available room before check in so we could rest. Believe it or not we needed it before another long 10 hour flight to Hawaii the next day. We rested all day and night until we had to depart. I flew in with my two small kids in tow from Germany before check in time. We were exhausted and Anna saw that. She took the time to find us an available room before check in so we could rest. Believe it or not we needed it before another long 10 hour flight to Hawaii the next day. We rested all day and night until we had to depart. As we result, we were very thankful and appreciative that Ana helped us get a room before check-in.

The people helping me and my family were the best. James Corley helped us with our luggage and parking. He is awesome explaining different option. He so is very friendly and super helpful. Junior our ambassador, waited for us to check in, helped us with our luggage to our rooms, and served us wine. I can't say enough how Junior made us feel welcomed and respected. He also is super helpful and friendly

Smooth check-in process; refrigerator and microwave in room; comfortable bed; Also I was at JFK airport hotel shuttle station and driver Oscar who works next door at the Marriott Residence inn location told me he would drop me off at the Courtysrd so I didn’t have to wait- he goes the extra mile for customer service.

A good basic hotel. Clean room with comfortable bed and great shower. Neighbourhood is a bit noisy and untidy. Could use a proper bar and restaurant, although you can get basic food and beverage in the lobby. Staff are friendly. Would stay again so that is a positive.

While this is called the JFK Marriott, given the construction at JFK it isn’t easy to access. The hotel is obviously older although the bathroom in the room had been updated The bed was *okay* and pillows were lumpy and cheap feeling The AC worked great (yay) and the room was reasonably dark

Overall, the stay was acceptable. Service was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was limited in menu options, but complimentary coffee was available, it seemed at all times. The options wrt food etc. were very limited in the local area, however, the area was pleasant and it appeared to be safe.

Liked: Check-in was easy, staff were very friendly Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels etc. Food served in the small restaurant was very good, Cobb Salad was excellent! Disliked: Restaurant and lobby area are a shared area and it was very cold, AC full on. Free shuttle to the airport is offered, however early morning (4:30-6:00) was a very busy time and several of us who were wanting the 4:30 shuttle were turned away and had to wait for the 5:00 am shuttle. Guests are asked to notify the front desk they will be using the shuttle and what time they will need it. Based on our experience you definitely need to provide more then one shuttle for the 4:30 and 5:00 am runs.

The hotel staff were all very nice. The room was clean as well as the general area. Only misunderstanding was I thought breakfast was included and it wasn’t. Since we didn’t ’ see any restaurants in the area and we got in late, we ate dinner at the hotel. Limited menu , and like the breakfast we had the next morning, was overpriced. You are paying for the convenience. The servers were good. However, I felt they could have used more people on the shifts. They seemed to have more than their fair share of customers.

The hotel staff was great, Very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was "ok" clean. The same debris on the carpet (in the hallways) was there when we left 2 days later. It's compact, but the room itself clean. While we were glad they had some options for dining it is a very limited menu.

Convenient location for a quick stop near JFK. Property was a bit run down. Need a bit of upgrading. Staff were great. Expensive parking. Need better breakfast options similar to other similar chains.

The airport shuttle was the reason we stayed there. Staff was perfectly helpful- with check in, communicating shuttle, shuttle driver with bags, and our bellhop with bags. When we came in late and wanted to get food at the cafe, person there suggested we order bring bags up and come back down when food was ready. We were very grateful for this idea as we had our child with us. The reason I gave less stars was because - the bathroom was moldy in the shower in multiple places. Needs new grout - stains and food or some debris on walls by desk - carpet felt very sticky/unclean - room felt like it needed a deep clean - more minor, construction out front
