Odam temizdi ama havuzun temiz olduğuna emin olamadım ve tüm otellerde her gün müşterilere ücretsiz su bırakılması gerektiği durumda sadece ilk gün için su bırakacaklarını söyledi ve bu benim için iyi bir deneyim değildi.

The hotel is a bit dated and it suffers from loud noise until 1 pm from the street, especially a place called “The Spot” right in front of it. I asked these folk to bring down the volume (there was hardly any soul in their bar), but they did not care. I also mentioned it at the hotel reception. I believe they are also annoyed with it, but they really did their best to make our stay more pleasant. And they took up our feedback (on two topics) and fixed the issue immediately. The pool (35 m) is superb for a good lap swimming in the earlier and later hours (at peak times it might be a bit busy for laps). We also had another issue (of our own fault) that was dealt with very promptly. Very good points for all the personnel!

Staff was very helpful but at times didn’t follow through. We asked for help with separating the beds and that help never came. Room was clean but when we separated the beds it was clear they’ve not cleaned underneath Elevators were slow and then one stopped working. Hotels seemed to be almost at capacity so the wait was very long. Beautiful views but prepare to have late nights without sleep as the hotel is in the middle of the resort and there is a lot of noise and lights. Curtains help with the light. You can use some ear plugs tho if you want to turn in early.
