Meliá Grand Hermitage All Inclusive

This place do not give it a miss my family and i usually go spain but this beats them all, amazing food,entertainment,and the facilties lile water slides different pools burger and unlitmed pizza before the crazy buffet with something new every night. Private beach which is kust so cool with a bar and access only for your hotel which makes you feel like a vip.

It was ok family friendly hotel but it’s outdated and the food is limited most of it is pork … nothing like lamb and beef or seafood all rubbish specially the fruits all rotten fruits unbelievable rubbish fruits for 5 stars hotel… I rate this hotel for food and fruits and ice-cream 0 star ….

Tolle Anlage, große Zimmer, eigener Strandbereich inkl. Bar mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Beim Personal (vor allem im Hauptrestaurant) ist noch „Luft nach oben“ …

-Wasserrutschen sind gut. -Zimmer sind gut -Kletterpark ist gut -Massageservice ist gut -Hotelstrand ist gut -Poolbar ist gut -Essen ist leider wirklich schlecht und nach 3 Tagen kann man es nicht mehr sehen.

I’ve been staying at the hotel few times already. Last year I noticed the hotel grounds were not very well maintained but this year the hotel was visibly getting old, poorly kept and outdated. The grounds were dirty, the swimming pools were not clean, the gym is unsafe for children and people just let them play inside unsupervised. The hotel hallways were dirty and smell bad and you could smell cigarettes everywhere. The staff is not helpful and try to do very little of their job, at the business check in time they had one staff member and the counter and long waiting line. The 2 elevators were rarely working and so small to fit more than 4 people. Huge disappointment overall
