Séjour en famille d’une semaine Hôtel vrai 5 étoiles : chambre très grande, litterie impeccable, tout confort Personnel très réactif Vrai Casino pour passer de belles soirées… Petit dej en buffet qui de nom que le titre !!! Juste monstrueux, à profusion, trop de choix… Localisation à 20 mètres de la plage, mer Noire chaude actuellement ! Attention toutefois : Pas de plage attitrée à l’hôtel compter environ 20 euros/jour pour paillote avec 2 transats A ne pas se retrouver du côté littoral car même si double vitrage ça peut être bruyant Littoral super animé avec bar, disco, resto et marché type les puces… Bref, de quoi passer de bonnes vacances !

Our check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest positive is the location. The hotel is right next to a beautiful sandy beach, which is a major advantage. The casino was also good and provided a nice entertainment option. However, the hotel itself feels quite outdated. The rooms could definitely use renovation and modernization. The bathroom tub had significant staining, which made it look unclean even though the room had been serviced. The carpet in the room also felt dirty, as the cleaning staff did not vacuum particularly well. The hotel is also not especially kid-friendly, so I would keep that in mind if traveling with children. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The food at the hotel was generally acceptable, but again, nothing particularly impressive. Room service, however, was good. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some positives, but the outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, and limited kid-friendly atmosphere prevent it from feeling like a truly high-quality hotel experience. With some renovation and better attention to room cleaning, this could be a much better property.

Odam temizdi ama havuzun temiz olduğuna emin olamadım ve tüm otellerde her gün müşterilere ücretsiz su bırakılması gerektiği durumda sadece ilk gün için su bırakacaklarını söyledi ve bu benim için iyi bir deneyim değildi.

The hotel is a bit dated and it suffers from loud noise until 1 pm from the street, especially a place called “The Spot” right in front of it. I asked these folk to bring down the volume (there was hardly any soul in their bar), but they did not care. I also mentioned it at the hotel reception. I believe they are also annoyed with it, but they really did their best to make our stay more pleasant. And they took up our feedback (on two topics) and fixed the issue immediately. The pool (35 m) is superb for a good lap swimming in the earlier and later hours (at peak times it might be a bit busy for laps). We also had another issue (of our own fault) that was dealt with very promptly. Very good points for all the personnel!
