It was okay, the air conditioner was very loud and even though there were four of us we only had 3 towels so they didn’t kept that in mind. But was okay the check in and out was fast and the parking was tight there outside the hotel and many things to do around.

There were bed bugs in the bed and our skin has so many rashes. There was also no water available in the entire hotel. We used expedia and usually have great experience with it but this was a terrible hotel

BED BUGS aka 床芽 Chuáng yá. I couldn't give this place a lower rating if. Bed bugs in room, been bitten loads. That was the first issue, doors don't close completely so if you're walking past a room 7 out of 10 times its open. The shower didn't work. Save yourself time and book elsewhere.

The hotel was located in a great area. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room. There was a flood in the bathroom. The toilet overflowed and it took almost a hour for this issue to be addressed. In addition, there were bedbugs in the bedroom which resulted in a restless night. The rooms were tiny and not as represented in the pictures. The door did close behind because the floor was swollen. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The bar appeared to be a storage space. The carpets were discolored and needed a good cleaning. The elevator was dirty. I refused to eat the breakfast.

Super convenient location. Perfect for a quick weekend trip to Flushing. Many restaurants and message spas in walking distance - almost walkable to anywhere! However, the hotel is old. Our room is small, the bed is too soft, and the AC is super loud. But we were only there for one night so it's no big deal for us.

The door of my room was a problem. When I swiped my door card, it did not work. A male manager changed the door card a couple of times. Finally he and I found the electricity system of the door was ill-functioned. He brought other manager to fix the electricity. Next morning, it did not work again. So, I asked to change the room. The female receptionist said no. But the male manager explained the situation. The reason why I chose this hotel was that I had a good memory. My parents stayted at this hotel almost twenty years ago and said that a female manager of that time was kind to them, which made me book this hotel this time. The rooms need a little work but were very clean and perfect for 1 night and walking distance to Citifield. We felt safe and comfortable in the area. We enjoyed the dining ootions open late which was a plus after seeing a concert. Would definitely recommend!

Area has lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet at night. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the water temperature regulation. You would turn the tap all the way cold but it would still pour hot water. It would randomly change to cold water after a long time running.

For someone not from the US it would be great to know the Hotel was in the middle of Chinatown, that the property had exactly 3 parking spots and the price for parking was higher when i arrived at the property. I was most grateful that got 1 of the 3 spots for the duration of my trip. The property was clean and staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. Be careful when you enter and leave your room because the door does not close, pull/push it really hard because it will just remain open. There was a continental breakfast.... on day 3 i just refused to have another boiled egg, so we went out for breakfast.

For someone not from the US it would be great to know the Hotel was in the middle of Chinatown, that the property had exactly 3 parking spots and the price for parking was higher when i arrived at the property. I was most grateful that got 1 of the 3 spots for the duration of my trip. The property was clean and staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. Be careful when you enter and leave your room because the door does not close, pull/push it really hard because it will just remain open. I enjoyed my stay. Most of the issues I had were due to my lack of reading notices (you have to ask for Room cleanup, etc). Staff was courteous and breakfast was decent. Personally, I liked the location.

Very congested area. Parking facility available but you have to figure out how to get to the hotel from there. No parking discount from the hotel. Hotel and rooms are nice and they have a great free breakfast.

Parking is not on-site as was displayed in details, but we found parking nearby. Breakfast was free but saw several people (including employees) using bare hands when touching breads and any pastries, so we walked to Mcdonalds daily instead (very short walk). Overall, would recommend and stay again if in Flushing.

The room was very clean from top to bottom. The staff was very helpful when I needed something or a question answered. Breakfast was nice, but if one is looking for a full breakfast buffet then this is not happening here. Breakfast will included sausage, hard boil eggs, cereal, toast, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee. Basically the very basics of a breakfast. Which honestly did not bother me. Parking, is not happening here. One either takes the city bus, subway, taxi, or Uber. There is a Chinese restaurant in the lower level of this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a family no larger than four down to a single person. There is no swimming pool. The hotel is located in a small Asian community here in Flushing, N.Y. It is also very near LGA airport, and the subway.

There was a big problem with the use of room keys. I had to replace my keys six different times. The clock radio didn't work in the room, one light switch by the room door failed to work properly, no mat for the bathtub which poses a slippery when wet issue, and one outlet went out for no apparent reason. There was no fan in the lobby during the three-day 100 degrees days. That is so unacceptable. The lobby was like a sauna room. Would not recommend this place in Flushing, queens.

The lady at the front desk or reception is very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. If I am not mistaken, her name could be Pin. I also saw her being nice and respectful of the other guests while I was waiting for my turn. Nice location. For the price, this is considered very good already.
