Holiday Inn Midland by IHG

Awesome place to stay.

The staff went above and beyond to get us checked in. We booked through Hotels .com, tried to check in only to find out that the room was not paid for yet. After the staff at the Holiday Inn spent more than 45 minutes on the phone with Hotels .com I was finally able to check in. The other room that I booked through Holiday Inn went right on through. This was the sound time that I have had a problem with checking in with Hotels.com.

My wifes brand new $50 crocs were stolen from the table while we were in the hot tub outside. Kinda ruined the whole weekend vibe

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was great; so attentive and courteous! The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the elevators was out of order which was inconvenient and caused long wait times (15 minutes approximately) for the elevators right at checkout.
