Det var et okay hotel Men vi er en famile afsted og troede at vi kunne bruge den pool men man skal være 21 for at man må bade Lidt mærkeligt og der burde stå meget tydeligt at det er et hotel til voksene

Room appeared clean. Everything is quite dark in terms of lighting and decor. Balcony was there but not really possible to use as there is an electric substation or something like that there with constant loud noise. Appreciate you are in NYC and you expect noise but this was something else. Wouldn’t pay extra for a city view in future. Broken tile on the floor in the room. The room was large with a slightly weird setup with the bathroom facilities behind glass doors. The rooftop bar was closed for the season. Staff helpfully retained our luggage on our last day beyond check out. Coffee in the room was useful but why give powdered milk? Also this came in separate packages along with the sugar and sweetener and stirrers which if you don’t need then presumably get thrown away. Just provide these individually? Fridge was useful. Safe in the room didn’t work but maintenance came and fixed it. Would possibly use the hotel again but there are probably other options to look at.

Advertised photos shown of the hotel included both a pool and patio area that guests are not allowed to use. Also, A/C unit and mini fridge were very loud. Would not recommend.

Sketchy neighborhood, especially walking back from the subway at night. Did not feel comfortable with the location. Rooms were bare minimum and there was only one accessible wall charger so had to take turns charging our phones.

The hotel was cool but there are certainly issues. The lobby is nice well kept , nice ambiance , but when you get in the room the shower floods if you wash for more than 2 mins , the sliding doors for the balconies and dirty and had cob webs around the perimeter , the shower has cracks and the bubble tile flooring in the shower needs to be fixed .The toilet takes forever to flush the pressure is low . There are several dips in the shower floor, also the rooftop swim club that is covered in grass/turf also has several dips and me and my friend almost twisted our ankles stepping in the dips because we didn’t think we needed to looks for dips. Cracks in the shower and sink. I originally booked this room via Wyndham rewards for $576 but found it via my hotels.com app and used my one key cash and paid $391 instead . I’m glad because I would’ve been highly upset . The room was big the balcony was nice , but again cracks in the sink , shower and more . The elevator also didn’t feel safe it made a terrible noise every time we got on and off , and felt like it was dragging and scraping the walls to go up and down and there are only 5 floors on the main side of the hotel. Overall I stayed for convenience for an event at the hotel , but I wouldn’t go back!
