This is not a hotel. No reception. I had to deal with bunch of people through WhatsApp, and it did not work smooth. Waited long time to receive the key while exhausted from long flight plus 20 minutes to this place from the KLIA with traffic jam at 7:30 pm. Not recommended for short stay near the airport.

Check was good. Room was very basic, bed linen clean and comfortable however toilet water was turned off as there has been an ongoing problem with water leaking for some time and not being kixed. This was obvious as there was standing on tiles. I can't understand why it is not fixed.

There a lot of space of the room and the room are very clean staff are very friendly and there a lot of room and a lot of stuff is your room like laundry plate bowl and also lot of bathroom very very convenient for our stay

Place is clean and conventint, staff are friendly amd helpful he even let us check out late and organised a taxi for us from and yo the airport. i will definitely recomend 👍
