The property itself, along with the communication from the staff was excellent. However, parking is not included in the price of the stay, and is an expensive daily add-on, to an already expensive daily rate. Moreover, trying to park to retrieve your parking pass from your room is next to impossible at certain times of the day because the area is so crowded. If parking were included in this property and were easily accessed without having to retrieve a pass first, I would highly rate the property with the caveat that it is in East Austin, and it is very noisy at night.

The space was very big and in an area with food and bars. The pool was a nice place to hang out. The best bet is just to pay for parking in the Sentral garage. Very easy and straight forward instructions!

Unaware that SXSW was in it's final two days. Streets were closed. People were drunk and everything was outrageously expensive. Property was great. Parking is extra at $25 a night.

I have stayed here 3 times. Apartments are great, spacious and clean. Love that you have a washer and dryer available as well as basic kitchenware if you need to cook. The property is kept extremely clean. Communication is quick and friendly. Plenty of instruction for check in and out. Parking is available onsite for a reasonable price. We haven’t had any issues.

For the price it was an ok transaction. I didn’t like being on the ground floor as the pictures advertised showed different. It was sparsely furnished. I didn’t like concrete floors, it felt like being at a veterinarians clinic. The unit, especially the couch and entry way smelled of dog. Free parking by the post office to avoid the daily parking fee. The place was large with good spaces.

It may be my age, but I thought the check in process was a little convolute. It seemed as though I had to go from app to email a couple of times. If everything worked through the app, room number, code for entry and room entry it would have been a little more seamless. The accomodations could certainly use an update and a good cleaning.

Parking was super difficult in the area to check in. There is a fob in the room for parking, not sure why they charge extra during check in when its already in the room. Bedoom was clean, kitchen was clean.. luvung room could have used a wipe down and vacumn. Interior room, kind of dark. Great if you need to do laundry (in rrom). It had a lit of amenities as it is an apartment complex. Not the picture on the website at all. But great urban neighborhood.

There is no one on site and the check in kiosk was very problematical. The cleanliness of the apartment was substandard. On checkout I was sent a bill that had the parking fee at 8 times what it was supposed to be. A phone call fixed it but it was just another part of the hassle of renting a place with no one on site.

My Sentral stay was great! Property was secure and well-maintained! The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable beds, great natural light with all the windows in this corner unit, PLUS a balcony overlooking E 6th. A built-in bluetooth speaker system was a nice surprise and added some white noise to offset the activity on the street. The full kitchen and island provided ample space to spread out and feel comfortable. If you like to live like a local when you travel, this is it.

Nice property and good location. We stayed on the ground floor and about 2.30am the neighbors above entered. It sounded like they were moving in for the next 90 minutes. We heard every step and other.....unfortunately we did mot get much sleep due to that and the Friday night street noise.

This was my first time staying in a property like this... it's really like staying in your own apt. When you arrive, there is an iPad that you use to check in. They will then email you the Apt number and the code to get into the apt. The apt itself is really nice and spacious and clean. I liked having the full kitchen, the little patio and the comfort of the living room, bedroom, etc. Most importantly, is the location. This is in the middle of E 6th Street so up and down the street there were A LOT of fun bars, stores, restaurants, etc. This was a great area to walk around, but its important to get a higher floor otherwise it would be difficult to sleep, etc bc of the noise. I liked this apt and would definitely stay here again in Austin!

It’s complicated to get in touch with someone for help. I tried to call and it doesn’t even ring it disconnects, but on here it says to call for questions. One rep did respond via texting the number I was supposed to call, she was very helpful. When I concluded my stay I was charged for two parking spots But only parked one vehicle overnight in the garage And would like to note there was only one parking pass in the unit There were two key fobs but only one parking pass. It was clean and orderly It did get busy at late dinner time But was totally quiet again by 10 The patio was huge The property was clean The price wasn’t bad considering this was a last minute booking and the onset of holiday travel too. You could throw a paper airplane and hit a restaurant or food truck. All of which I did sample and all were amazing. There’s a grocery shop across the street. The parking garage is clean and easy to get in and out of, and the toiletries were upgraded as well. There are dishes and pots and pans etc and a full refrigerator (no ice) The coffee machine was magical. I would recommend this place for sure. Very pleasant accommodations. The only gripe is the communication line. All of my paperwork shows the number to call for help, but when you dial out it hangs up and you don’t verbally speak to anyone. The person who did text with me was helpful and polite though! I just wish I could have got ahold of her again!

I wish i could but i cant because when i got there it was closed. What type of HOTEL closes at 5:30 and doesn't make that the first thing they put in their check-in time instead of lying and saying its available all time

This is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 toilets and showers, really luxurious. The apartment on the 3rd floor faces to a very noisy street all night, screaming, music, cars until the morning. There is no cleaning of the rooms, no answer to the phone and no one to talk to, I was missing toilet paper and towels and there was no one to turn to.

Great and easy check in!! The staff is so friendly and very attentive. We had a few questions and they answered the phone immediately I also left my ring at the property on accident and Delphine was so kind whilst trying to; and eventually, locating my ring!

It was a very nice apartment in a great location. Only difficult part was getting check-in and checked out. Check-in was a little complicated if you've never used a system like they have (read the instructions carefully). Electronic checkout did not work, luckily someone answered customer care line.

On checkout I was sent a bill that had the parking fee at 8 times what it was supposed to be. A phone call fixed it but it was just another part of the hassle of renting a place with no one on site.

Amazing location, central to a lot of amazing places to eat and sight see. Felt extremely safe and the neighbors were all respectful and all was quiet even for a Friday night. Will definitely be staying here again! 10/10

Process to check in was so simple and once there everything was to our liking. Even appropriated the fact that I didn’t have to pay a “parking fee” upon arrival. Most definitely using this property for our stay in the future.
