The positives- the shuttle drivers a daytime front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and the rooms were large. The lady outside our room until after 11 pm seemed wonderful for the attendees who screamed and yelled until midnight but not as much for guests who paid for rooms to sleep in and the night staffs response of “it’s a party” was very dismissive. The dining room at night definitely takes advantage of the lack of other options in the area by charging high prices. The property is a bit dated and coming during off season does not allow you to use other amenities. I would look at other areas surrounding Bari if you don’t want to stay in the city

It is not my tendency to leave negative reviews or take photos of a room, but other travelers should be aware of certain things. Number one, the site advertises that they have an airport shuttle. They do not. When I asked about a shuttle from the airport I was told to take a cab. Number two, this hotel is in dire need of some servicing. The room we stayed in can only be described as dingy. The bathroom was not cleaned to any standard, much less of a four star rated Hotel. I was curious how the star rating worked. This hotel seems to gain that rating by providing a little placard in the room that says they offer bathrobes, slippers, shoehorns etc. I suppose one could call reception, if you can get them to answer, and ask for these things, but I don’t think that a four-star rated hotel should make you go through a lot of stress just to get something. Number three cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel. Again see photos. I thought it was nice that they left a little piece of lettuce covered in toothpaste with a hair attached to it Around the sink faucet (I did not tell my wife as she might have thrown up) Also, check out the mildew around the shower, and the photo of the chair that was in our room. You could say it was shabby chic, but in reality it’s just a beat up chair that a thrift store would throw out. Finally, toilet seat was broken.Three pluses: the checkout person was lovely and very helpful. Mattress was comfortable. Restaurant was pretty good.

Clean, large bedroom. Resort is old and patched up but ok. Great pool area with lots lounge chairs but pool closes at 7pm. Breakfast was great with a lot of savoury and sweet choices. Need car if staying there. Googlemaps led us through narrow sketchy road to get there but there's a better larger road to get there. And beware the highway exit, it is very narrow and easy to miss.

We had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing stay. Whilst the staff is nice and looking to get the right resolutions, the management is very poor and unavailable. The front desk is reliant on back and forth with their management who have been unresponsive. Issue - the junior suite rooms (302/304) had a sewage smell/stench in 302. We then got given a temporary room (lower category) and then got transferred to 304. This again had the same smell - unsure why they couldn’t fix it or check before reassigning. With a 4 year old, we had to pack and unpack 3 times. Finally got 319 which was habitable. Breakfast and staff around the hotel were generally helpful and well received. The hotel needs a general upgrade for the rating it has but our experience needs a thorough inspection and investigation by authorities. Such smell isn’t acceptable.
