I think this could be a decent place to stay for a family that just wants to be close to the beach and is willing to make concessions. My one-bedroom suite was clean and had newer furniture and amenities. Tiny kitchenette was decently appointed. However, being on the first floor, there were only two windows that really couldn’t be opened for safety reasons. One faced busy Gulf Boulevard and the other, the very narrow hallway. Plus, they are covered in a vinyl film for privacy, so the room was extremely dark. Queen mattress too soft and squeaky. Parking is on a single narrow strip in front of the building and 3 feet away from Gulf Boulevard. Extremely dangerous backing out and pulling in isn’t much better. Pets are allowed, but very limited green space. Tiny pool closes at sunset. Dock seating area is nice. Check in for this unit was across the street and three buildings down. It was arduous as I had added an extra day and everything had to be duplicated with the first reservation and second. Extra charges for resort fee and pets. Not an inexpensive stay, but again you’re paying for the location. Be vigilant about room choice.

The biggest disappointment was the pool wasn’t operational. There was a sign up saying it had filled with salt water and it being a holiday weekend it would take a few days to fix. I’m assuming the letter was several weeks old as it was not a holiday weekend and the hurricane was several weeks ago. The pool in the sister hotel was always filled and having an on-site pool was one of the filters I used when picking a hotel. Otherwise beautiful area out back and got to see several Manatees during our stay. I’d check on the pool when booking otherwise recommend !

We loved our stay! We are walking wanderers so this spot was very centralized and easy walk in either direction to any bar or restaurant, or just a short drive to anything 2 miles north or south. It was great to have access to the bigger pool at the plaza and beach access with our wristbands. It was a great room and perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

loved the marina , they have 2 pools but next to the marina , the hotel i was staying at had a green pool which i was hoping to just walk out my door and get in the pool , but they had a pool at the main office about 30 seconds down the street ! customer service was awesome didn’t have one complaint with the place hotel room itself they have amazing paintings on the wall ! even provided alexa for music !

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! I would say parking isn’t ideal and that the check in process isn’t very convenient because it’s across the street and a few blocks down the road. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed during our stay.

The hotel is Close to the beach. The pull out sofa was so worn out my son couldn’t sleep on it! They close the pools at sunset so around 7:45 at night which is way too early. The room was cleaned up but the floors were very dirty. You can tell they just sweep up and never mop them. The Parking lot is on the sidewalk and you have to back out into the main road which sometimes takes a while to get out and it’s sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend.

I am rating the stay a 6. The stay was accommodating for my family as far as being just enough room for us. I did like that the kitchen was big enough to move around in. The living room area was big enough. The customer service was excellent. Everyone is very prompt responding. I like that there is private access to the beach but just keep in mind that you have to walk up and across the street. I did not like that as soon as you open the door you are greeted to a queen size bed with a very narrow path to walk in order to get to everything else. The bed should be where the living room is located. . The sheets were stained and had a ton of lint balls on them. The next morning we got new sheets and they were much better. The shower pressure wasn’t good and the shower area was very tight. The WiFi didn’t work it actually made my phone slow down when I signed into it. The cable channel line up is not accurate. Disney, Nickelodeon, and all the other channels did not work the TV displayed “no signal” only the news channels worked. I think the cable is disconnected and the channel list in the rooms need to be removed. Also the 1 bedroom with living room pictures on here are not the correct layout. There wasn’t a balcony to sit out on and the room was not spacious as the photos are advertising. Other than that it was an ok stay stay.

We had four women in our group. Based on pictures of property, I thought we were renting a two bedroom with a king in one room, sofa bed. In other room we thought there were 2 queen beds. We thought we had 2 baths. We ended up with one bedroom with 2 full beds one bath. It was very disappointing. Explanation for misunderstanding was not acceptable. However, staff was awesome Location was great.

A very recommendable choice in St Pete Beach. Stayed in room 826 (two bedrooms) witch is probably the best room at the hotel. It was slightly more expensive but it was truly worth it. The view was GREAT and the room (apparent) was very quiet and big enough. Very 👍👍👍 friendly service at the front desk and a big plus is that you can use the facilities at their other (beach) hotel. We were positively surprised and we strongly recommend this hotel (and especially this room). The whole experience would have been a 10/10 with small adjustments; The sofa in the room was worn (not dirty but uncomfortable) just as the bed in the second bedroom, the armchair in the pictures weren't there, and would have been needed, the water flow was a bit too low etc. but all in all the price efficiency was a 10+

Rooms were very adequate with full kitchen and queen bed and pull out sleeping couch for guests. The resort was on the intercoastal waterway with docks,boat slips and nice tiki huts with shade and picnic tables. Nice view out back with a constant breeze blowing.Also was pet friendly with doggy areas.

The Parking lot is on the sidewalk and you have to back out into the main road which sometimes takes a while to get out and it’s sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel is Close to the beach. The pull out sofa was so worn out my son couldn’t sleep on it! They close the pools at sunset so around 7:45 at night which is way too early. The room was cleaned up but the floors were very dirty. You can tell they just sweep up and never mop them. I am rating the stay a 6. The stay was accommodating for my family as far as being just enough room for us. I did like that the kitchen was big enough to move around in. The living room area was big enough. The customer service was excellent. Everyone is very prompt responding. I like that there is private access to the beach but just keep in mind that you have to walk up and across the street. I did not like that as soon as you open the door you are greeted to a queen size bed with a very narrow path to walk in order to get to everything else. The bed should be where the living room is located. . The sheets were stained and had a ton of lint balls on them. The next morning we got new sheets and they were much better. The shower pressure wasn’t good and the shower area was very tight. The WiFi didn’t work it actually made my phone slow down when I signed into it. The cable channel line up is not accurate. Disney, Nickelodeon, and all the other channels did not work the TV displayed “no signal” only the news channels worked. I think the cable is disconnected and the channel list in the rooms need to be removed. Also the 1 bedroom with living room pictures on here are not the correct layout. There wasn’t a balcony to sit out on and the room was not spacious as the photos are advertising. Other than that it was an ok stay stay.

Everything was as described and we enjoyed the quietness of our room and dock to relax and sleep while enjoying the beach front pool and games at the other resort. Only issue was our TV did not work at all and someone from the office said they would come by after they close up but never showed up.

I think this could be a decent place to stay for a family that just wants to be close to the beach and is willing to make concessions. My one-bedroom suite was clean and had newer furniture and amenities. Tiny kitchenette was decently appointed. However, being on the first floor, there were only two windows that really couldn’t be opened for safety reasons. One faced busy Gulf Boulevard and the other, the very narrow hallway. Plus, they are covered in a vinyl film for privacy, so the room was extremely dark. Queen mattress too soft and squeaky. Parking is on a single narrow strip in front of the building and 3 feet away from Gulf Boulevard. Extremely dangerous backing out and pulling in isn’t much better. Pets are allowed, but very limited green space. Tiny pool closes at sunset. Dock seating area is nice. Check in for this unit was across the street and three buildings down. It was arduous as I had added an extra day and everything had to be duplicated with the first reservation and second. Extra charges for resort fee and pets. Not an inexpensive stay, but again you’re paying for the location. Be vigilant about room choice.

We loved our stay! We are walking wanderers so this spot was very centralized and easy walk in either direction to any bar or restaurant, or just a short drive to anything 2 miles north or south. It was great to have access to the bigger pool at the plaza and beach access with our wristbands. It was a great room and perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is on an inlet (they have a dock) conveniently across from the beach. The room was small, but well appointed and newly renovated with original artwork. After-hours check in was easy, and parting was right in front of the building. the owner was on-site that day and seems very engaged in the operation of the hotel. We are looking forward to staying again.

We love visiting this property! It's been a few years since we stayed, mostly due to Covid, and higher prices, but you didn't disappoint us! Still a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We personally like the Bay Side rooms, with the large docks just outside your room. Being pet friendly was a plus for us, as well as the swimming pool and that view!! The beach is directly across the street, as are restaurants.l

Clean and spacious rooms. A selection of pools. Free Happy Hour. Right off the beach. The kids loves the outdoor games. One thing that isn’t clear is the pet fee which is $45 per night per dog. We only stayed one night and loved the place so it was worth it but I could see how this could add up. Other than that we loved this place!

This was our worst experience ever. Paid a lot for two night stay. Beware!! They hit you with all kinds of extra fees. They own 3 very small hotels on the same street but you have to walk down a mile to check in as the other two properties have no office or staff. Maintenance in all 3 properties is seriously lacking. From the plastic landscaping to the cracked tiles on stairs, tight parking, and just overall rundown. Very small and not all the amenities listed. You have to wear a wristband the whole time and if it rips they hassel you to get another. In addition, my parking pass fell down low in my car, they didn't see it and locked a wheel boot around my car!!! When I went in to remind them I'm a paying guest, if they had checked the records my license plate was on file. They text you all this cutesy stuff all day but NO ONE could call me to verify my car was allowed in the parking lot??? So they disabled a paying guests car, illegal I'm sure to touch my vehicle. When I went in to tell the owner to unboot my car he came outside yelling at us. He would not stop yelling about safety and bad people who come in off the street. Well then figure out another way to police that but locking my car was totally unacceptable. We do a lot of weekend beach trips and have never experienced anything like this. We took our belongings and left. How people are giving this place five star reviews I'll never understand.
