This property is an absolute gem. Room was clean and spacious. Also included a kitchenette which we didn’t realize. Property is right in town with a huge outlet mall across the street and plenty of dining options very close. Very quiet and nice landscaping on property. Would definitely recommend

Right on the main street in Salem (Broadway) but in a nice wooded setting. An old-style motel that has been upgraded, and I love being able to park in front of my door! Friendly staff, and exceptional price for that area. Highly recommend.

Park View Inn is a quiet, clean motel. It is setback from the hustle and bustle of Rt. 28 in Salem, NH, and has several outdoor tables for eating. There are many restaurants in different price ranges available within 1-2 miles of the Inn. For entertainment, Tuscan Village is across the street. We will definitely plan to return there soon.

We were very pleased with the Park View Inn. Reaesonaby priced, well kept grounds, wonderful front desk people. I am very allergic to chemicals and they use PineSol which is a major allergen for me. They made special arrangements to air out the room and place a machine in there that removes odors. we brought an air filter and it only took it a short time to finish the job. The outdoor table was wonderful as was the large lawn. Our grandchildren visited and enjoyed the space. the room was roomy, had two sinks and a couch. We would gladly stay again as long as we could receive the same treatment getting the odor out of the room.

A no frills unpretentious place to stay. If you're looking for a quiet inexpensive place to stay, this is it. It's a convenient location. Maintenance is lacking and rooms need some updating. It is what it is. Not a place I'd take my wife, but was good enough for my short stay / business trip. Overall I'd give it 2.5 Stars. Parking was ample, and relatively well lit. Door key was a hassle. An actual key. There was a knack to getting the roon unlocked. First time took me almost 5 minutes. Literally. You gotta wiggle the key just right. Bed wasn't comfortable, at all. Slept poorly. Bathroom us an adventure. The door opens in. Im not a round person. I could just squeeze in between the door and vanity. Water pressure is lacking.

This hotel is all one level. Drive right up to your door. Beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms have all new fixtures and are quite clean. very clean rooms. Nothing to dislike about this place and the rates are very affordable which we are very grateful for.

Front desk staff were friendly. Room smelled musty/smoky. There was a burn mark on duvet. Floors weren’t very clean. Impossible to not slam doors closed, so was pretty noisy at night. I have stayed here before. I have t had any problems before This room was not well kept. The wallpaper was peeling. The rugs had big black marks. The tub had black spot that looked like mold. The cockiing was missing in some spots. The tissue box was empty.i was very disappointed.

Very bad accommodation experience. When I checked in in the afternoon, I found dead flying ants in the toilet. I flushed the toilet and rushed out. When I returned to the room at 1 a.m., I found dead flying ants everywhere in the toilet; in the bathtub, countertop, floor, toilet... In addition, I saw uncleaned tabletops on the bedroom table. Because it was the middle of the night, I lay down all night in my clothes. The next morning, I went to the front desk and asked for a refund or to change rooms so that I could rest for a day because I didn't sleep last night. The front desk staff had a very bad attitude. They told me why they didn't wake up the staff in the middle of the night to change rooms, and said that I deliberately made the unclean table...

We had an excellent stay at the Park View Inn in Salem this past weekend. I think they may have recently upgraded all the rooms because it looked like nothing the other rooms we have stayed in the past there. Had a great Roku TV with the addition of satellite tv. Bathrooms were very clean and fresh towels everyday. Beds had what seemed like new pillow top mattresses and great bedding, slept like a baby every night. The AC gets the room ice cold in warm weather which was great! There was a roomy desk for when I had to work and WIFI was excellent! The staff is super friendly and eager to help. We will continue to visit the PVI every year when we go up for the NASCAR event Louden, NH! Thanks for the great weekend!!

Smooth check-in process, hotel is surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants, room was sufficient. The room was a little dated but not a big concern for the price. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything going on in my neighbors’ room. Luckily I brought my ear plugs for sleeping. Overall I would stay here again for the price.

I stay here when I’m in the area. It’s safe , quiet and there is usually parking close to the room. The rooms are clean. This stay I forget an item in the room after check out. When I called the front desk the woman that answered the phone was rude and offered to connect me to housekeeping to see if the item was found. It took 3 calls to the front desk to be connected. At the end the housekeeper was kind and found the item. I would stay here again just avoiding the front desk woman.

I stayed at the property for approx 1.5 months and then without notice was told I had to checkout on my checkout day. And was called at 1043am and told to be out by 11am. When I asked to extend they said no. Without explanation. And then told me to if I wasn’t out by 1115 they were going to call Salem police to have me and my PREGNANT fiance removed. And we would lose our personal belongings as well. DO NOT STAY here. Also they have ants everywhere and a/c’s do not work.
I stayed at the property for approx 1.5 months and then without notice was told I had to checkout on my checkout day. And was called at 1043am and told to be out by 11am. When I asked to extend they said no. Without explanation. And then told me to if I wasn’t out by 1115 they were going to call Salem police to have me and my PREGNANT fiance removed. And we would lose our personal belongings as well. DO NOT STAY here. Also they have ants everywhere and a/c’s do not work.

Smooth check-in process, hotel is surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants, room was sufficient. The room was a little dated but not a big concern for the price. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything going on in my neighbors’ room. Luckily I brought my ear plugs for sleeping. Overall I would stay here again for the price.

Right on the main street in Salem (Broadway) but in a nice wooded setting. An old-style motel that has been upgraded, and I love being able to park in front of my door! Friendly staff, and exceptional price for that area. Highly recommend.

Clean and quiet premises and a good sized room. Very convenient location to stop at when driving to Boston from the north. Several stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was nice and we saw bunnies and a wild turkey. What’s not to love!

We chose this hotel for its convenient location and low price but it needs an upgrade. The carpet is worn and dirty. There should be grab bars in the shower. Breakfast consists of coffee, juice, and donuts. Area is near the highway but quiet. This is a no frills hotel.

It was comfortable and really wonderful employees. When my family arrived they had not added my military discount and she did it right then without any questions. It is only donuts and coffee for breakfast, but we knew that when we booked. Wonderful stay especially for price.

Pleasantly surprise by modern, clean and updated room. Exterior of hotel appeared retro, but clean inside and out of room. Coffee and doughnuts provided in the am. Convenient to major shoppong area. Would definitely stay again

Front desk staff were friendly. Room smelled musty/smoky. There was a burn mark on duvet. Floors weren’t very clean. Impossible to not slam doors closed, so was pretty noisy at night. Packaged donuts and coffee are offered in the lobby in the morning. Overall was okay for the price, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Park View Inn is a quiet, clean motel. It is setback from the hustle and bustle of Rt. 28 in Salem, NH, and has several outdoor tables for eating. There are many restaurants in different price ranges available within 1-2 miles of the Inn. For entertainment, Tuscan Village is across the street. We will definitely plan to return there soon.

This place is apt for short duration since it is like a basic motel which needs little improvements. Could have been a little better if provided with shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc... Breakfast could have been better since it had only donuts and coffee and nothing else. Well, you get what you pay for..

It was comfortable accommodations. The "continental breakfast" consists of prepackaged donuts and 2 canisters( 1had orange juice & 1 had coffee) in the walk way and no seating.

The is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely come again but I do want to say please figure something out with your housekeeping and the day of check out.. both times I got woken up with housekeeping trying to come in the room while I was still in there. Both times before I had even checked out and around 930 in the morning. There is no reason for this to happen, if check out is 11, then they shouldn’t be starting till then to clean the rooms unless they know for a fact that the guest had checked out before hand.

Overall it was a good experience. The one thing I did notice during my week stay was that the apt rooms definitely need to have professional carpet cleaning done a MINIMUM of once per month! The other would be to somehow make sure that tenants aren't sitting at the picnic tables yelling, in general being obnoxiously loud while dropping the F bomb excessively for hours/ days & openly smoking joint after joint! I will say that the 4 people present were enjoying the game that they were playing & having a good time but REEEALLY!? I would stay here again though & I have to say that the house cleaner lady was very friendly & would ask if I needed anything.
