The washing machines worked great.

Our vehicle along with 3 others was broken into and the staff didn’t seem to care and was not helpful in providing any video evidence to the police. I would avoid this place and other surrounding hotels.

Here for work. They broken into my truck twice in one week. No help from the property personnel. They need to have security.

They need security in the parking lot, they broke a window of my vehicle and also another vehicle

The elevators didn’t work at all and they broke into my truck. My stay was only for 1 night. Don’t stay here!

Room was fine, but indoor pool was NOT HEATED and COLD.

The beds were very comfortable and the facility was very clean. Safety concerns with the indoor pool access being open late at night. Also, staff serving breakfast appeared to hide away while items like eggs and coffee were out.

i loved the hotel super nice only problem was elevator was not working so the stairs were a hassle! other than that the male receptionist was amazing and helpful but the worst happened…. our truck got broken into in the AM and the hotel and police didn’t do nothing

Location was good but that was about it. Reserved a room with a sofa bed and they didnt provide it and said they didnt have anymore available. The dryer was bronen. So was the knob on the microwave. Carpet was dirty. Air conditioner did work good. Had my own pillow and housekeeping took my pillowcase when they cleaned room and changed the sheets. Told front desk they said housekeeping had not been in my room called them early in the morning before 8 am since arrived in my room late at night. Front desk stated no one had been in my room. I explained again our beds were made and we didnt make the beds so yes they were. 3 hours later go down to front desk and still ko pilliw case they tell me they have supposedly looked. I tell them theyvwill have to reimburse me for a set if new sheets and 20 minutes later they miraculously find it. Doesnt even give me a receipt for my check out. Not impressed dont recommend staying there at all. Not sure why they had good reviews

All linens were stained and the carpets are filthy. Keeping linens cleaning is literally the minimum the hotel should be doing. We only stayed one night and 7 pickup trucks got broken into. This is complete and utter negligence on the hotel. I almost didn't book this hotel because I did see the reviews that people reported break-ins at this hotel. I thought maybe it was an isolated incident, but to have seen this for myself, this is a problem. The hotel knows they have a problem and they should have security onsite patrolling at night. I will never booking here again.

We booked a two-night stay. We noticed cockroaches in the bathroom the morning of the second day. When we returned that evening there were a few big roaches and many baby roaches. While I was talking to the front desk worker (who didn't appear surprised by the news of the infestation) my wife called and said they were in my clothes. I asked for another room...if it wasn't already after 10pm at the time, I would have packed up and left. The room the front desk worker took me to had cockroaches in the bathroom again....worst hotel experience ever.

The first day we arrived as soon as we entered the room the room was dirty candy on the floor hair on the toilet and a very passed rotten meat. We had two rooms and the other room had no hot water. That same time we spoke to the front desk to let them know our dislikes, they sent house keeping, she came inside without notice and left without telling us. They did told us that house keeping was every other day, so when it was time they only semi cleaned one room the other one was not touched, however the one that they dis clean still had the same candy in the floor. we had tried ti speak to the manager and he was no where to be found on our third day he called and told me that it was a long weekend because of the holidays and that there was no need to speak to him that thats why he has people working to deal with that stuff. He offered to give us one night off on each room because of the inconvenience. I had told him that we had requested our money back to go somewhere else but the people working there did nothing.at check out he did tell us that his people were probably having a bad day and that he could not guarantee that our stay was going to be perfect get it things happen I travel enough to know that not everything will be fine but I do expect that when you complain things will get resolved. He is the manager and need to manage the hotel. He was very nonchalant and completely disregarded our situation and told me that it was my fault for staying although I had asked to go

Dirty linens, bathtub and curtains (blood stains)

I killed three roaches in the room during my stay. Seemed clean until I saw the roaches.

The room was dirty and had a bad smell. As soon as we walked in and turned the light on small roaches crawled away from the beds and nightstand.

The staff is not friendly, rooms were dirty and bugs inside the breakfast area.

The location was a little older which is something that is fine but it was not cleaned thoroughly at all. The room looked okay but was dirty in all the wrong ways. To be so close to a major theme park I was excited to get to the room and relax and shower but there was hair strands from someone else on the toilet. The microwave had grease smears, the air condition vent was filled with dirt and dust, there was hair strands on the bed when you pulled back the covers, and the space between the fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very good while. Even the windows outside the room had a good collection of dust that you could visibly see where they haven't been cleaned in awhile. I wish I had chosen a better location for my family's staycation. I didn't trust the property to ask to move to another room. I just want my money back.

Worst hotel we've stayed out in San Antonio: - Light fixture was hangin from roof - Bath was grimy - A sock from the previous occupent had been left in the bathroom, evidence that the room had not been cleaned propery - Dirty curtains, with several examples of what looked a lot like bloodstains When we raised these issues with the staff, they did not take any ownership of the issues and did not apologize or note the concerns down. This is a terrible hotel and it's run very poorly. Please avoid.

Good value for location. Room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was breakfast, not very much to choose from, very scarce in comparison to other property's complimentary breakfast.

Was a great place to stay with my kids. Breakfast was hearty and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Area felt very safe.

This hotel has a lot of potential. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a separate bedroom and living area—each with its own TV, which was a thoughtful touch and made our stay more comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool. It is a bit louder than what I’ve experienced in other hotels, and you can hear some condensation dripping when it's on, but it’s nothing that seriously affected our comfort. One area that could really benefit from attention is the bathroom. The sink faucet spins loosely, the tub faucet feels unstable and seems like it could pull away from the wall, and the shower mixer needs to be turned extra tightly to fully stop the water from dripping. Addressing these issues could not only improve the guest experience but also help the property reduce water waste and operate more sustainably. On a positive note, we really appreciated that the room was set up with four towels for our group of four—something that many hotels often overlook. It's a small detail, but it made a great first impression and showed attention to guest needs. With just a few improvements, this property has the potential to become a truly standout stay

Customer service was amazing and there are 2 restaurants in the parking lot, as well as a gas station. This is not a hotel, this is a motel. There was no hot water in the shower, only luke warm. The shower drain was clogged, so the tub filled up as we showered. There was no body wash in the bottle. There was an outlet missing an outlet cover in our room, the AC was ridiculously loud! The noise from the road is super loud as well. We never got housekeeping the 3.5 days we were there. There aren’t any dressers, so there isn’t anywhere to put your clothes but a small closet type shelving. The room was super small. They have bagels and muffins for breakfast but I wish they had some sort of fruit and protein like yogurt I wouldn’t say don’t stay here but know what you’re getting before booking.

We were very comfortable. The extra living room area was nice. The charging station for the phones was so convenient. Having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers was also convenient. We however, didn't have trash bags in the trash cans, there were no paper cups. No microwave to heat food. That was disappointing. Overall, the stay was nice and we would stay again.

The staff were friendly. The inn itself is outdated. Other than that is was a nice stay.

Needs softer beds the bed are to hard after new management

Good people, but the rooms need a bit of work (e.g., faucet sprayed water; poor internet).

Comfortable and quiet

Just needed a place to REST before driving out of state. The clerks were amazing. Both extremely nice and attentive to all that walked through the door.

Fix the doors to close completely, toilet needs better water circulation. Staff needs to be more attentive of front desk. Being a Hilton property I expect better appearance!

Unfortunately for me check in took long had to wait. I had called for early check in. I know they were busy- I had 60th Anniversary party to get ready.

The stay was perfect while visiting my son for graduation at lackland airforce base. The front staff where very kind and accomidating It was clean and comfy. The 2 restuarants across the parking lot was AMAZING!!

When we were checking in the front receptionist was rude & had a attitude. Also the light fixture in my room was falling out & I was worried it would fall o my head.

Very conveniently located near Sea World and near freeway. Property is well-structured with indoor pool which is huge plus. Room was quite. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, ( coffee was not coffee and orange juice was water) but a convenient store within walkable distance is where i found my coffee. Customer service was great. I took One star out due to weak / no wifi signal. If your life depends on wifi, i suggest look else where, or use your own data. But overall, price-wise, i like it and will stay again.

Quick family trip to SeaWorld 1 night for only 125 for me and my family of 4 we enjoyed our stay (Thank you to the front desk agent he was very helpful ) !

Well there a lot of places to eat which is very good quite & peaceful

The breakfast was a let down, but everything else was clean, very comfortable, area was nice, service staff was awesome!

Breaskfast was absurd, tasteless and cold. Room was never cleaned and trash never emptied. Parking unsafe, cars driving like the highway.

I was told the property was renovated by Hilton in January. This is the second Hilton I’ve stayed in recently that needed attention to detail and maintenance. Tub finish was bare, walls and chairs stained, etc. the tiny fridge had no freezer. The breakfast was bagels and cereal with skim milk. Sad

The breakfast was trash & my son asked what was for breakfast and a staff member lied to him. There were bagels, yogurt, cereal & muffins. There was literally nothing hot. And the fruit flies were all over the food.

The elevator button didn't work 1st and 4th floor, means can't call it, had to use stairs. This property have worst breakfast ever had, only bagle and muffin, and yogurt as Choice. This property also has real american coffee can see bottom of cups. Enjoyed stairs walking understand the reason why there is no gym.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, the staff was so sweet, and it had a couple restaurants and a convenient store within walking distance. I loved the little coffee bar in the lobby, it was so cute and the coffee was so fresh, I LOVE COFFEE! Breakfast was different than the traditional hotel breakfast, but it was so yummy! I felt it had more health options along with pastries and cereal for kiddos. My family and I will definitely look for a Spark Hotel next time we need to stay away from home.
