Our ac was broke I asked to have it looked at they didn’t fix it and offered zero refund

First thing I noticed was a drop of dried blood on my bathroom counter. There were no hand or wash towels to clean it up, had to request them. Toilet handle was broke, shower curtain rod was falling off wall. Water was hot enough to scold an adult much less and young child. Each day I had to return to the front desk and get my room pass card reset because I couldn't get in. Bathtub and floor were very slippery with no grab bars in shower/tub.

Front desk was not especially friendly. The first room the TV didn't work. They gave me another room, which had a window with the blackout curtain not working and it was next to the heat pumps and the light on all night, and the heat did not work. The toilet seemed clean but a little smelly. The breakfast was as expected, lots of choices,clean and the staff there was very friendly.

The room appeared as thought it hadn’t been cleaned. There was lots of hair on the bathroom floor and tub. The rest of the room looked generally run down and not maintained.
