Rymlig urban retreat w / uppvärmd pool, varm tub och utsikt över bergen

We didn’t have time to use the pool or the hot tub, but we enjoyed the fire pit and and relaxing in the back yard. The occasional roadrunner strutting through was a treat, as we don’t have them in Washington. All in all it was a pleasant stay and if we ever get the chance to visit New Mexico again where we need that much room we would love to stay here again. Alena

Not very clean. Not enough washcloths, no kitchen towels, hot tub leaked very badly had to refill every morning and wait for it to heat up. Kitchen pans were deplorable. Pool was not clean. Slot machine did not work. Felt as bad on pool table. Putting green was awful. Most games had missing pieces. Lint filters in both dryers looked like they hadn’t been emptied in months.

Everything about this house exceeded expectations. We had 6 pre-teens/teens with us and they were completely occupied the entire time because there were so many fun activities for them to do, including the pool, hot tub, pool table, corn hole, etc. The house is cozy and spacious and people could visit and have space from each other when needed. The host is a great communicator and responds promptly. Our family had the best time ever getting to be together! It is an amazing property and the best place we have ever stayed.

The home was not clean - hair on the floor, faucets and mirrors has toothpaste spots from previous people. The pool was green, the outside chairs were not safe to sit in, too worn. We didn’t have enough towels or hand towels (13 of us). The garage has been converted into a bedroom and a bunk room. There is no heat and we froze the first night. Owner brought space heaters the next day. Basic amenities were lacking or missing, towels were washed and left in the washer mildewed. This place needs a good cleaning and some basic TLC. The owner was responsive to issues and I love the number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Too much money for the quality of home.

Great property and location especially for large groups. Property manager is communicative and addressed minor maintenance issues quickly.
