Nice hotel, great value for money with free parking and easy access to get back on to the motorway to your destination. I’d quite happily recommend this hotel. The guy serving food up until 11pm wasn’t much of a smiler and have the impression he didn’t want to be there but the food wasn’t bad.

Buen hotel relación calidad precio para una o dos noches. Lo único el baño, ya que la ducha drena el agua por la mitad del suelo lo que hace que tras ducharte te mojes los pías al usar el lavabo o inodoro.

We recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Getafe and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, there was a check-in error — we were given a room that had not yet been cleaned or prepared. It was disappointing to walk in and find it in such a state. However, the receptionist was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary lunch and drink as compensation which we appreciated. The room itself, once we were properly accommodated, was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated — definitely one of the better aspects of our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast provided was not generous with very limited options compared to what one might expect from a hotel of this category. Location-wise, this hotel is around 35 minutes from Madrid’s city center. That was our mistake in booking — we should have stayed somewhere more central. Being so far from the heart of the city ended up costing us in taxi fares and the surrounding area is quite lifeless, made up mostly of logistics warehouses with very little to see or do nearby. For those wanting to explore Madrid easily and enjoy vibrant surroundings, I would recommend choosing something more centrally located.

Las habitaciones son relativamente modernas y las camas son cómodas. Sin embargo a mi habitación no llegaba el wifi, aparecía el nombre de la red y se cortaba en mis 3 equipos, y no pudieron solucionarlo durante mi estadía. No se podía trabajar así que había que ir a las zonas comunes para conectarse, donde había mucha gente en todo momento. Por otro lado solicité silencio y tranquilidad para trabajar y descansar pero me dieron habitación en la planta baja diciendo que era muy tranquilo, pero toda la noche la gente llamaba el ascensor que pitaba, la gente hablaba y se escuchaba todo a través de la puerta y las puertas de las habitaciones de todo el pasillo se cerraban estruendosamente y esto me despertaba.

Las habitaciones son relativamente modernas y las camas son cómodas. It’s a purpose built hotel. The lobby is way nicer than the rooms. The sink in our washroom was not draining well so the staff changed our room. This was a nice gesture. The city center is accessible from here. It’s far from the center so make sure to look into your transportation if you are a tourist.

My 2nd stay at this hotel. Great service. Very good size rooms with comfy beds & pillows. Very clean. Love the outdoor area. Was looked after by all staff. But would like to mention Rashid as he was so welcoming and nothing was to much for him. Will stay again 👍

Si bien esta a 30 min del centro de Madrid, es un Hotel muy tranquilo, buenas habitaciones, el parqueadero (si estas en auto) es muy seguro y eliges por solo 4 euros en el patio del Hotel o por 6 euros abajo en el subsuelo. Lo unico el ascensor es un poco viejo o muy lento

Hotel que está dentro de un polígono industrial. Buena impresión al hacer una entrada el personal es muy amable, vestíbulo bien decorado. La cafetería restaurante tiene buenas opciones para cenar. La habitación estaba impecable y es muy silenciosa. Las amenitis son de calidad. Muy recomendable la verdad.

We recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Getafe and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, there was a check-in error — we were given a room that had not yet been cleaned or prepared. It was disappointing to walk in and find it in such a state. However, the receptionist was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary lunch and drink as compensation which we appreciated. The room itself, once we were properly accommodated, was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated — definitely one of the better aspects of our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast provided was not generous with very limited options compared to what one might expect from a hotel of this category. Location-wise, this hotel is around 35 minutes from Madrid’s city center. That was our mistake in booking — we should have stayed somewhere more central. Being so far from the heart of the city ended up costing us in taxi fares and the surrounding area is quite lifeless, made up mostly of logistics warehouses with very little to see or do nearby. For those wanting to explore Madrid easily and enjoy vibrant surroundings, I would recommend choosing something more centrally located.

Encontramos una buena oferta y quedamos muy contentos. La atención de recepción por teléfono y en persona excelente. La camarera de piso un encanto y muy, muy cariñosa y educada.
