The staff was very good to us, the room was clean and heating worked well for us - as it was a cold rainy day! It was great to have a specified parking spot for us! Breakfast was very "continental" - I missed some kind of eggs or yogurt. They did have great juice and some ham and cheeses.

Propreté de la salle de bain douteuse. Douche qui tombe, tout est cassé. On entend les chambres voisines toute la nuit. Petit déjeuner très mauvais. Bornes pour voiture électrique non fonctionnelles.

La habitacion era amplia y la cama comoda. Pero todo muy viejo. Cortinas y paredes sucias. Desayuno tostadas y algo de bolleria. Las habitaciones estan alrededor de la piscina y para dedayunar tienes que cruzar un parquecito alrededor de la poscina y una calle todo sin techar. Ese finde llovia. Asi que tenias que abrigarte e ir con paraguas a desayunar. Poca calidad para el precio de la habitacion que ademas esta en un poligono. Si vas de paso te coge bien pero si quieres ir por los alrededores tienes que coger taxi

Entrada al recinto sin identificar claramente y justo en una salida de autovia y vienen detras tuya muy pegados para tomar la entrada (porque no ves la entrada hasta que no estas pasando delante), las instalaciones estan bien, parking exclusivo en la puerta de tu habitación, zonas con jardines y piscina agradables, pero estado del mobiliriario muy anticuado tanto habitacion como baño.

Desde el check in hasta que nos dieron la habitación tuvimos que estar más de 1 hora en la cafeteria. No hay ni siquiera maletero. Instalaciones muy antiguas, tipo motel de playa y no tienen nevera en la habitacion. Limpieza general bien, pero si se entra en detalles, mal. La cafeteria y recepción no abren a las 7 como indican, sino a oartir de las 8 y bastante. Necesita un lavado de cara profundo y una readaptacion para aprovechar el potencial.

Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance.

Habitación muy sucia, baño sucio, los marcos de las puertas llenas de polvo, los radiadores llenos de polvo, el aparato del aire hace un ruido que no hay quien duerma y la seguridad de la puerta que da a la terraza con poca seguridad. Creo que son detalles muy solucionables para que la categoría sea de 3 estrellas en lugar de un motel de carretera americano.

The staff were friendly but the hotel itself was rough. The doors in the hotel are hard to open and close, the key to open the hotel room was hard to lock and open, and there were mosquitos and ants. Also it stated laundry service which was the main reason of me booking this hotel but when i asked, i was told there wasn't any laundry service onsite. Very thin walls. I could hear the folks next door having intercourse all night that i could not gain any rest. I had to check out early the next day to book a different hotel elsewhere.

No sabes que te vas a meter en una especie de motel tipo americano dónde la seguridad de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, por suerte solo estuve una noche; poco mas puedo valorar mas que la calidad de la habitación (totalmente obsoleta y mas acorde a un bungalow). Basta con que no anuncien que es un hotel, sino módulos de dos plantas separados y con terrazas, una piscina comunitaria y huéspedes en hábitat de camping.

Camas horribles, con solo una sabana y un cubrecama, colchones regulares.... rentamos dos habitaciones y en una el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba.... El desayuno horrible, no habian huevos, las medialunas viejas embolsadas y de muy baja calidad.... no tenian variedad de cosas... en resumen todo muy mediocre.

La chambre était nickel ! Le personnel aussi, nous avons des difficultés de clés à cause d’un oublie et une personne a pu nous ouvrir. Les personnes à l’accueil parlent seulement espagnol ou 1 personne anglais. Le chauffage et la cl fonctionne. A 3 minutes à pied, vous trouverez des trottinettes BIRD pour aller au métro El CASAR en 7 minutes.
La chambre était nickel ! Le personnel aussi, nous avons des difficultés de clés à cause d’un oublie et une personne a pu nous ouvrir. Les personnes à l’accueil parlent seulement espagnol ou 1 personne anglais. Le chauffage et la cl fonctionne. A 3 minutes à pied, vous trouverez des trottinettes BIRD pour aller au métro El CASAR en 7 minutes.

Morning front desk staff was very nice and helped us with bus info while afternoon staff was quite rude when asking questions, hotel is veryyy inconveniently located in regards to transportation, one has to take a bus that comes every 30mins to get to metro and then to take the bus back, you have to get dropped off at the bridge across the freeway and cross the freeway to walk over to the hotel

Vi havde en super oplevelse fra start til slut. Reseptionisten var utrolig venlig og imødekommende. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Servitricen var ud over det sædvanlige. Meget hjælpsom og på trods af sprogvanskeligheder, fik hun os til at føle ,os og vores hund super godt behandlet. Tak for et dejligt ophold.
Vi havde en super oplevelse fra start til slut. Reseptionisten var utrolig venlig og imødekommende. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Servitricen var ud over det sædvanlige. Meget hjælpsom og på trods af sprogvanskeligheder, fik hun os til at føle ,os og vores hund super godt behandlet. Tak for et dejligt ophold.

Customer service was good overall except the grumpy receptionist that needs to retire and let Miguel or Hector take over. the 2nd room was clean and spacious. First room had a faulty door. They finally changed the room on my third day of stay after a long négociation (grumpy receptionist) . Public transport is scarce. Only 1 bus in the area and never on time. The bar, breakfast and restaurant not bad.

Lo mejor la ventana de la habitación, con vistas a un jardín. Las camas cómodas, el colchón bien. Lo peor la entrada al hotel pegada a la salida de la autovía. Nos la pasamos la primera vez, y si eso pasa hay que dar una vuelta de 7 km por vías de difícil circulación y mucho tráfico para volver al mismo sitio. Qué fácil es confundirse de vía. Aún llevando el TomTom. Faltan indicaciones más precisas, demasiadas vías de circulación. Muy estresante.

Era para pasar un fin de viendo el centro de Madrid, y aunque pensaba que podía estar un poco lejos, nada de nada, en 20 o 25 minutos en Atocha. Muy bien todo.

Morning front desk staff was very nice and helped us with bus info while afternoon staff was quite rude when asking questions, hotel is veryyy inconveniently located in regards to transportation, one has to take a bus that comes every 30mins to get to metro and then to take the bus back, you have to get dropped off at the bridge across the freeway and cross the freeway to walk over to the hotel

Entrada al recinto sin identificar claramente y justo en una salida de autovia y vienen detras tuya muy pegados para tomar la entrada (porque no ves la entrada hasta que no estas pasando delante), las instalaciones estan bien, parking exclusivo en la puerta de tu habitación, zonas con jardines y piscina agradables, pero estado del mobiliriario muy anticuado tanto habitacion como baño.

Its located right on the highway which make it very noisy. The hotel was probably built in the early 80's. You have to walk from the lobby to your room at least 10 to 20 minutes depending on the room number. At night, that walk doesnt feel safe at all. Forget about it if you have luggage. Not good options at the restaurant. The menu is very limited. Room was clean but had a back door to the open street and some kind of park that made me feel unsafe at night. There are people who live in some rooms and are awake and ouside late and night. A lot of cats in the road. It just felt very unsafe.

The staff was very good to us, the room was clean and heating worked well for us - as it was a cold rainy day! It was great to have a specified parking spot for us! Breakfast was very "continental" - I missed some kind of eggs or yogurt. They did have great juice and some ham and cheeses.

Habitación cómoda para familia, cobran un suplemento por llevar mascota. Para acceder al hotel hay que ir con calma para no pasarse la entrada. El desayuno un poco excaso en variedad sobre todo de salado.

El hotel está un poco antiguo, necesitaría una reforma,pero teniendo en cuenta el precio,la relación calidad-precio es buena. El desayuno no es buffet ni la calidad es excelente,pero lo dicho,para el precio es más que correcto. La limpieza es buena.

Customer service was good overall except the grumpy receptionist that needs to retire and let Miguel or Hector take over. the 2nd room was clean and spacious. First room had a faulty door. They finally changed the room on my third day of stay after a long négociation (grumpy receptionist) . Public transport is scarce. Only 1 bus in the area and never on time. The bar, breakfast and restaurant not bad.

Camas horribles, con solo una sabana y un cubrecama, colchones regulares.... rentamos dos habitaciones y en una el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba.... El desayuno horrible, no habian huevos, las medialunas viejas embolsadas y de muy baja calidad.... no tenian variedad de cosas... en resumen todo muy mediocre.
