This place is not only adorable, but it's clean and comfortable! Communication with the property was excellent. Location is SO convenient! We walked to the beach, and to a cute "Tiki Bar" for a late snack and some drinks. We grabbed a soda and some milk at the convenient store a block away. There is everything you could possibly need right there at the Villa - even a beach buggy (wagon) you can put your towels and chairs and toys (all provided at the property) in for some time at the beach. **** Highly recommend!!!! ****

I loved everything about this property except for one thing. From the cleanliness of the rooms down to the pricing was perfect except we could not cook anything due to the stove, oven, & microwave not working.

This property is a hidden gem in the heart of Cape Canveral. Very clean and fully remodeled. Its a 5 min drive to the port and a 10 min drive to Cocoa Beach. Its only a few blocks off of the beach and all of the beach chairs are there for you to use including a buggy to haul it down there. We were in Unit 19 which was very nice and we had some friends in other units that were very nice as well. We will go back for sure!

Our experience was great. The property was in good condition and had a lot of extras (beach chairs and beach towels, and a cart to haul them to the beach) which we didn't use because it is January. 😏 The hosts were communicated everything we needed to know by text and email. And gave us our privacy. Other than a little sand, the rooms were clean. 👍 We would definitely stay here again.

A great stay before hopping onto our cruise. The rental offered beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels, and sunscreen which was perfect for the beach a short walk away. Amenities were great and just what we needed. Owners were quick to respond to any messages and offered late check out. Highly recommend!

The villa was great. Very well laid out and roomy. Communication was excellent. There's 1 parking spot for each villa. There's plenty of amenities such as wifi, a kitchen, extra bed, coin washer/dryer and accessories for the beach. We were also accomodated a playpen/crib and childrens books and toys. The bed in the bedroom needs to be upgraded, but other than that we really enjoyed our 2-day stay. 4.9/5

Nice size for the price and it was very quiet. I would book again for sure. Minor issue is one bedroom they did not clean very well found crumbs on the futon, mistakes happen I think overall this is a great place.

We had a lovely pre cruise stay here. The communication from the property was excellent and very helpful. The villa was clean and very well equipped. It was quiet and felt very safe. My only negative comment would be a lack of curtains and the blinds didn’t really give complete privacy, gaps in places and didn’t keep the early morning light out when trying to sleep.

Stayed at Coco Sands Villas for the night before boarding a cruise. My group was 3 adults and 2 children. First impressions were that it was very clean and bug free. I know that we assume it to be bug free but this is Florida (where I live) and it’s extremely important. Everything went smoothly. My bed was comfortable and I had no problems sleeping. What I need to stress is the customer service. My granddaughter left her stuffed teddy bear behind and we didn’t realize it until we were on the cruise ship. We thought she had left it in our car. When we returned a week later, no bear was in the car so we contacted Coco Sands. Coco Sands contacted their cleaning staff who found the bear and saved it. This is a well worn and probably smelly bear that is the favorite toy of a 4 year old. Coco Sands took our address and mailed the bear to us. You can’t beat that! I am so thankful. I will stay here again.

Cute little place, close to lots of things to do and the beach. Clean and organized. Communication was great!! If i can make a suggestion it would be to add a trash can in the bathroom and biggest thing is invest in new mattresses. Old and lumpy, definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise had a great stay! Love the nostalgia of the area put into the villa. Reminded us of the good old days. Very comfortable. And convenient to places. Would love to stay in another unit with the view next time. Will be back. Was able to see the rocket launch during our stay!

The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay!

The unit is ideal for a family with up to two kids. It’s decorated nicely. However, the sound insulation to the adjoining unit needs improvement. You can hear the neighbors. We were woken early in the morning by their alarm clock. Also, one of the verical blinds at the sliding door to the patio was detached from its hanger.

Very cute place, quiet area and at night you can hear a band in the distance. The only downside is if you're a light sleeper, we heard people on the other side of the bedroom wall in and out of their bathroom all night, hearing their exhaust fan every time, tapping on the sink with their toothbrush or something and my golly someone in there snores like a chainsaw! Would stay there again as the thin bedroom wall is the absolute only complaint. Neighbors were all otherwise quiet.

The Villa we stayed in was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with a couple of guests in the room next door at 2am and I contacted the property and they immediately handled it. Location is great with really good restaurants nearby. The port is also right there so very convenient if you are going on a cruise. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place to stay. I only had the opportunity to stay one day with other travel planned but it was the nicest place i have stayed in years. The staff was extremely nice and called me asking how my stay was going that day during my stay. It was the 4th of July. This type of attention was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. If i ever have to go back to this area i will be staying here again.

This property is a hidden gem in the heart of Cape Canveral. Very clean and fully remodeled. Its a 5 min drive to the port and a 10 min drive to Cocoa Beach. Its only a few blocks off of the beach and all of the beach chairs are there for you to use including a buggy to haul it down there. We were in Unit 19 which was very nice and we had some friends in other units that were very nice as well. We will go back for sure!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé les villa Coco sand. A 5 min à pieds de la plage, quartier simple mais agréable. La villa etait spacieuse, la literie très confortable, tout était hyper propre bien fourni, sauf peut-être les plats pour cuisine qui manquaient un peu. On recommande vraiment ce logement.

The place was very nice, clean and roomy for 6 people. The location was walking distance to several restaurants and food marts. We did a 15 minute walk to beach and were disappointed because properties were mainly private and the water was not very clear. Mostly private docks, so we didn’t go in. All in all, the area was nice and quaint for a one night stay before boarding our cruise ship.

Glad to have made the choice of coco sands villa over a hotel stay. The villa was very nice & clean. I appreciate the ease of the check-in process & the fact that it was accommodating to the fact that we needed to check in late without worrying about the reservation being cancelled. I will definitely reserve for this location again!!

A whole one bedroom apartment for a great price! A full kitchen, blocks away from the beach, great communication with host. Had no issues everything was great! Definitely recommend.
