.I received no information about how to check in and had to call at 22:15. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and ended the call abruptly. The next morning, the same employee behaved aggressively in front of my children.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die Kopfkissen sind schrecklich und für Menschen mit Problemen der Halswirbelsäule eine echte Herausforderung überhaupt damit Schlaf zu finden. Sehr schade. Im Großen und Ganzen macht das Hotel einen ordentlichen und sauberen Eindruck. Wahrscheinlich waren die Gäste, die das Zimmer vor uns bewohnten mit einem Haustier unterwegs. Der bodentiefe Spiegel wies eindeutige Spuren auf.
