Flott hotell beliggende sentralt. Basseng på området, og nære stranden. Rommene var i god stand og hotellet er ærverdig og godt vedlikeholdt. God frokostbuffet i nydelige omgivelser ute i hotellets hage. Hotellet har eget område på stranden, med solsenger og parasoll, men kostnaden trekker ned opplevelsen da den syntes uforholdsmessig høy. Mye ledige solsenger som følge av kostnaden. Parkering på hotellområdet, også med tilleggskostnader.

Ett litet palats och en oas vid havet! Sån jäkla wow-känsla över hela stället! Bra restaurang, magisk bar, riktigt bra service och en helt magisk miljö! Rummen är lite äldre men ändå bra! Poolområdet super! Skönt med egen strand nedanför.

Goed gelegen, eigen parkeerterrein, buiten ontbijten, zwembad met service, eigen stuk strand aan zee voor de deur. Veel horecagelegenheden in de buurt.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful grounds. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in the garden which was a real treat. The pool area is very well situated in the garden with plenty of recliners and gazebos. The hotel is situated across from the sea front and the hotel has its own private beach for which you have to pay extra (50 euros a day for 2 recliners and an umbrella, a bit steep in my opinion). The Main Street of Sestri L is just behind the hotel and has a great choice of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and am sure we will be back in the future

Bästa hotellet, precis vid stranden och shoppinggata om hörnet. Nära till ett flertal restauranger i den mycket trevliga byn Sestri Levante. I trädgården finns ett fint poolområde där man kan hitta både sol och skugga. Beachen var också jättefin, där man kan hyra solstolar samt en bar med drycker och lättare lunch. Hotellbaren kan också rekommenderas för en drink innan middagen. Fantastiskt frukost Återkommer gärna hit.

Enkel innsjekking, svært hyggelig personale. Eldre hotell og rom, men godt vedlikeholdt og rent. Svært harde ekstrasenger (vi hadde junior suite for 4 personer). nous sommes venus plusieurs fois dans l'établissement , superbe emplacement, très beau parc avec piscine.néanmoins nous avons remarqué une baisse au niveau de l'entretien.propreté des tapis dans les couloirs ,climatisation dans la chambre ne fontionne pas très bien. service pour la voiture à revoir .

Schöner Aufenthalt 2-3 Schönheitsfehler 1. am Privatstrand kosten schirm und 2 liegen €50/Tg. Das ist sogar für Italien heftig 2. kein Balkon und keine Möglichkeit irgendwas(Badesachen) zu trocknen 3. Zimmerservice ist sehr knausrig mit Toliettenpapier und Duschmittel. Je 1 danach muss man danach fragen - bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt scheint mir das doch sehr wenig. Ansonsten ausser sehr ringhörigen Nachbarzimmern und kleinen Zimmern sehr ruhig und sauber.

Rena och fräscha rum. Kylskåp, minibar, luftkonditionering. Lite olika standardsaker i rummen trots samma bokning av alternativ (vi var flera vänner). T e x fön, helkroppsspegel mm. Sängarna var lite i hårdaste laget för oss alla. Stort badrum, men otroligt konstig placering av handfatet så det var trångt (!) att komma till toaletten. (Rum 102) Stort utbud till frukost, prisvärt. Lugnt och fint poolområde. Hotellet har egen strandbeach som tyvärr öppnade först den 1 juni, men inga problem att låna beach handdukar i receptionen och gå lite längre bort. Sestri Levante och Villa Bambi är en perfekt bas för att utforska Cinque Terre!

Väldigt bra hotell, nära till stationen och restauranger, sevärdheter och havet. Tyvärr funkade inte AC:en så det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Annars förträffligt service, vi var tvugna att åka hem tidigt på morgonen och de fixade frukostpåsar innan avfärd! Riktigt bra.

Veldig hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen og ved frokost. Veldig god frokost! Store rom og pene bad, men litt gammel standard på resten av rommet. Obs: ekstra tillegg på 5€ for håndkle til bassenget og hele 50€ for å benytte hotellets strand.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a great central location and only minutes to the Bay of Silence and all the local restaurants. The room was comfortable, quite basic but had all we needed really. The shower was good and we had nice towels. We are used to staying in more modern hotels but this was more than adequate and made a nice change. The building is very beautiful. The breakfast was fairly simple but nice. We used the pool and that was lovely. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The overall price was good compared to other hotels in the area. We would return if we visited Sestri again.

Väldigt bra hotell, nära till stationen och restauranger, sevärdheter och havet. Tyvärr funkade inte AC:en så det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Annars förträffligt service, vi var tvugna att åka hem tidigt på morgonen och de fixade frukostpåsar innan avfärd! Riktigt bra.

The Hotel Villa Balbi is an outstanding hotel with the best staff in Europe. Mario, Alessandro, Vincenzo at the front desk as well as the rest of the staff treat you like family and are a large part of the fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a great central location and only minutes to the Bay of Silence and all the local restaurants. The room was comfortable, quite basic but had all we needed really. The shower was good and we had nice towels. We are used to staying in more modern hotels but this was more than adequate and made a nice change. The building is very beautiful. The breakfast was fairly simple but nice. We used the pool and that was lovely. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The overall price was good compared to other hotels in the area. We would return if we visited Sestri again.

Flott hotell beliggende sentralt. Basseng på området, og nære stranden. Rommene var i god stand og hotellet er ærverdig og godt vedlikeholdt. God frokostbuffet i nydelige omgivelser ute i hotellets hage. Hotellet har eget område på stranden, med solsenger og parasoll, men kostnaden trekker ned opplevelsen da den syntes uforholdsmessig høy. This hotel was a short ride from Cinque Terre and was our home base for a week in Sept. We fell in love with Sestri Levante along the way and the hotel was central and convenient to everything this amazing town had to offer. Wonderful staff and beautiful historic hotel. super Frühstück im Park unter Bäumen. Covid-19 Konzept, dass die Speisen vom Buffet gereicht werden, ist sehr angenehm und hygienisch. Pool wie immer fantastisch, schade nur, dass sie das Restaurant im Zuge von Corona aufgegeben haben. Das Essen am Abend war excellent.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful grounds. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in the garden which was a real treat. The pool area is very well situated in the garden with plenty of recliners and gazebos. The hotel is situated across from the sea front and the hotel has its own private beach for which you have to pay extra (50 euros a day for 2 recliners and an umbrella, a bit steep in my opinion). The Main Street of Sestri L is just behind the hotel and has a great choice of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and am sure we will be back in the future

Maten var ikke opp til standard på et flott 4stjerners hotell. Hverken frokost eller lunch holdt god kvalitet. Mugg på ost, råtten frukt og udelikate kjøttpålegg. Ellers var hotellet veldig bra!

This is a great location if you are looking to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino as they are easily accessible for day trips. Also very easy to walk around Sestri Levante. We stayed in a junior suite with our 2 children. The suite was spacious and clean upon arrival and we received a daily refresh with clean towels. A pre-stocked minifridge still had space for us to stick a few items of our own in it. We opted for the daily breakfast package which I highly recommend as there were many good choices and a premium coffee maker. The kids enjoyed all the pastries and breads. As a gluten sensitive person I was impressed that they had some prepacked gluten free options at breakfast and supplemented with fruit, eggs, and breakfast meats. The pool was a nice perk and made for a relaxing late afternoon treat for the kids. We did not use the beach across the roadway but it did look nice. We ended up using another beach on the other side of Sestri Levante and rented chairs there; it was a quiet bay with paddle board rentals. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the bar was well stocked. It's probably more like a 4.75 but I didn't want to discount the place or the staff with a 4. It's a very old but elegant building so there are some areas that look tired but it was extremely clean. I wish I had gotten more photos to post but I was enjoying it so much that I forgot.

Beautiful Italian hotel with a great pool and clean rooms. Due to the building being older it can get slightly noisy in the morning past 7.30 am but otherwise great and we’re very happy with our stay.

Fantastiskt fint hotell om man gillar historia, italiensk stil och lyx. Härlig pool och trädgård belägen mitt i Sestri Levante. Hög service och väldigt bra personal. Vi trivdes väldigt bra de 5 nätter vi stannande. Standard på rummen kan givetvis vara något bättre.
