Hotel luna nueva

We were really pleased with the hotel’s location in the heart of this historic city. The room was nice, clean, and modern, with enough space for a family of four for a night. We arrived a bit early, and we were allowed to enter the room to settle in with the young children on a very hot day, which was greatly appreciated. The check‑in and check‑out process was very smooth. The system for accessing the hotel and the room by typing a code on the screens was brilliant—much better than cards or keys. I wish more places would implement it. We asked if we could leave our bags for a while after check‑out at 11 a.m. to explore the city and pass some time before travelling to our next destination, but this was denied due to a lack of space at the hotel. As a result, we found ourselves outside with our bags and two young children on a very hot day, trying to work out what to do and where to go. At the same time, another family of four was also struggling with their bags, trying to store them before check‑in at 3 p.m. We understand the lack of space; however, we felt the hotel management could have been more helpful by researching and being aware of nearby places where guests can store their luggage before check‑in or after check‑out. I think this would be very much appreciated by all customers.

La propriétaire de l’hôtel a été très gentille, accueillante et compréhensive lorsque nous avons dû changer de chambre. La description sur le site ne correspondait pas à la réalité concernant le coin cuisine (il s’agissait d’une erreur du site). Il n’y a qu’une seule chambre équipée d’un coin cuisine, qui est en réalité un studio. Pour notre deuxième nuit, elle a fait le nécessaire pour nous y installer, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et agréable. À noter qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, mais c’est tout à fait compréhensible puisqu’il s’agit d’un ancien immeuble situé dans la vieille ville.

Nous avons passé un petit séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en somme très content. Très bien situé proche des commerces et lieu agréable. Le parking est à quelque pas ce qui est parfait. La chambre est très propre et très bien décorée.La climatisation est un plus. L’équipe de réception est réactive et sympathique Je recommande vivement.
