They never sent a confirmation email with the code for the mailbox (I was told that was a Hotels.com/Expedia problem as they sent them a useless email to get a hold of me. When we arrived we could not get into the hotel. If not for a very helpful hotel guest who called for us as our US phones could not dial the German phone number on the door. We got a code/then the key and went to our room only to find 1 king bed instead of the 3 twins we booked. They had given us the wrong room. Two of us slept on the floor and also only had 2 towels for the morning.

Sheets and towels were scratchy, not soft. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The pillows had no neck support. The shower head did not have a strong spray and the hand held spray was worthless with spray power. They had a spider in the bathroom on the ceiling, too high for me to reach. On a good note it was quiet, great breakfast, and the bathtub was big for a comfortable bath.
