I would give zero stars if it was an option - don't stay at this hotel if you value your privacy, security, and peace of mind while on vacation! A hotel stay should be a place where you can feel safe and enjoy your time away without worrying about your personal belongings - however, my experience at this hotel was the complete opposite! After checking out, I discovered that a jewelry box containing all of my jewelry had disappeared from my room. I had last seen it on the morning of our departure. The loss included not only valuable items, but also pieces of sentimental value that can't be replaced. What has stayed with me most is the deeply unsettling feeling that my belongings could disappear from my room during my stay. As a guest, you trust that your privacy is respected and that the room you are paying for is a secure space. Having that trust broken left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. The hotel's handling of the situation only made matters worse. Rather than taking ownership of a serious incident involving a guest's missing property, I was repeatedly told to call back later for updates and was left chasing the hotel for answers. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or genuine concern for what had happened. I would never stay here again, and I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable stay. The disappearance of my belongings was bad enough, but the loss of trust and feeling of safety will stay with me long after this trip...

The superior garden room was large and immaculately clean, with a lovely garden view. Location was very close to everything. The staff sorted out a booking problem very efficiently. The pool area is lovely. There are however 41 steps to the pool, anyone with a disability or elderly would struggle to access this. The breakfast was lovely, staff at breakfast are excellent and food delicious. Hotel very quiet at night.

The hotel is well located in Otranto, there is a free car park. The staff were very helpful we used their Lido recommendation which was very good. The room was very spacious although a little dated. The balcony is quite narrow & shared with adjoining rooms-not suitable to sit out Breakfast was plentiful but biased towards sweet cakes & pastries. The hotel was super clean Pool area with sun beds was relaxing, accessed by many steps so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility
