Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is great, very clean, very friendly staff, safe parking lot, no strange people roaming the outside of the hotel, great swimming pool, great gym, great dining area and great breakfast. The rooms are new, great beds, great shower,tv, wifi, this is a great hotel for just 130 dlls a night is not bad, its a great deal. Plus the location is perfect, there are so many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Will definitely stay here again! 5-stars all the way!

Check in time was 3 pm however we had to wait.until about 3:45 to check in. I asked to check out 45 minutes later the next day and was denied. Also, the spa wasn't warm and we tried to warm it up but it didn't work. We will not recommend this hotel ever.

Our stay was overall wonderful! The room was cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch—especially after long, tiring days out on vacation. However, the food could use some improvement. The eggs weren’t great, and the overall selection lacked variety. One downside was that the hotel only had a single elevator, which often got crowded. I had to wait around 15 minutes with all my luggage because it was constantly full. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a great experience.

Bed sheets on one of the beds had holes in them. Many of the bath towels had holes In them. The cologne smell walking into the lobby was terrible! We heard many people eating breakfast comment about it. The coffee was like mud on Tuesday and better Wednesday through Friday. Overall the breakfast was good. Housekeeping needs to sweep/vacuum under the movable dresser and chair. Very dirty underneath. We asked to never have room service so every time I asked to exchange out towels for new ones, the young front desk folks seemed frustrated…probably because they had to stop the video playing on their phones…

It didn’t seem clean this time and you could see small shiny spots on the floor in the bathroom and around the bed where something had dripped and dried. The first floor south entrance had a spill on the floor that was sticky. There was a wet floor sign by it so they were aware of the problem.

This was my second time staying at this location and my first time in a king suite here. We loved it!!! Its super spacious and had all the feel of a home away from home. I will be booking this hotel again this week and requesting to stay in the same room for my business trip.

The guy checking me in was a little rude. Told me by phone my room was ready when i got here it wasnt and he seem bother to help me. Then my husband tried to ask him a question and he didnt want to respond to him and told him “I want Mrs Claudia to ask me that question “ i dont know. Is the first time I experience this. Made me feel very uncomfortable i dont know if maybe because i am Hispanic and my Husband is Black??? Very disapointed. He didnt even have a badge for me to identify him. I dont think i will be coming back to this particular hotel.

I have stayed here twice.. and has always been pleased, however, this time was not so great! The staff was immature in customer service, gave you an unpleasant welcome, I waited 15 mins in front of the service desk , no staff was present due to they were busy in the back taking care of housekeeping. I stayed there 2 days, Never had housekeeping unless you request it! Had 2 dirty towels on arrival. The area around the hotel had people staying there drinking and listening to music outside in the parking lot! Overall, not the La Quinta I expierence the first time! Will never go back!

We arrived for our 3 pm check in, we had plans for for an early dinner and a concert. We needed to get into our room but their servers were down. I realize things happen but there was no urgency on the staff to get us in a room. We were told we had to wait with no definitive ETA to when we could get our room. We quickly booked another hotel down the road and left.

The rooms were nice, the breakfast, the employees (housekeeping and kitchen staff) all wonderful. The management was a nightmare. He checked us in and he was rude and demanding. He wasn't welcoming, and he even threatened us. This is not good customer service.

Dan at the front desk was very rude when we arrived to check in. He spoke in a rude tone and extremely unfriendly. The location was perfect but the stay was left bitter due to his attitude and approach at the counter. He is not hospitable at all, I did let him that he didn't have to be so rude and he did have a confrontation with another guest that accompanied me. The unprofessional part is that my niece witnessed his actions and she even said that he was extremely rude. In the morning I wanted to speak to the person at the counter, I approached the counter and he didn't even acknowledge me standing there. Sadly I didn't even get his name. I think all workers should wear a name tag and neither of these males wore one. The only reason I got Dans name is because I asked him. And that's if that is his real name.

This location is about ten minutes from family so great. It was pretty quiet and I slept well. Parking can be an issue as they are updating portions of the hotel so there are shipping containers where cars may be. And there's only one elevator so you need to be patient on it. The staff was great. Convenient to food and shopping.

I like the location because traffic is low and stores and restaurants are nearby. One thing I learned about the parking is that I parked under a tree and found that the birds pooped all over my car. I had to get it washed immediately because it was just too much.

I like the location because traffic is low and stores and restaurants are nearby. One thing I learned about the parking is that I parked under a tree and found that the birds pooped all over my car. I had to get it washed immediately because it was just too much.

Came for a swim meet. Close to the pool. Breakfast served early, even on weekends. Lots of restaurants in the area. Our room faces the hotel behind and not the highway so it was quiet. Bed was comfy.

Hotel is nice and plenty food and shopping around, sadly my truck got broken into on the day I was checking out. Not properties fault but really inconvenient and costly.

Ok property, pool wasn’t especially clean, neighborhood around was ok. Definitely kept doors locked and valuables out of site. Breakfast was ok, same menu all five days we were there. Egg patties, cut up sausage links, potato’s with onions and peppers and biscuits with very bland gravy, and of course waffles.

Room was clean, beds very comfortable, only negative was the breakfast was very carb heavy, the eggs tasted like they were powdered eggs, the sausage was tasty there was fresh fruit and yogurt which was a plus.

Hotel stay was very nice. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The shower pressure was great and the water temperature was more than enough. The bed and the 4 pillows provided allowed for a great night's rest. Breakfast options were abundant; including biscuits, sausage, chorizo, eggs, cereals, yogurts, waffles, and more.

Clean. Good stay. Wish there was different breakfast options as it was the same each of the 3 days we stayed but good and hot nonetheless. Strong perfume/ air spray smell throughout the property. Like they were covering something.

Liked the location, cleanliness and plenty of towels and supplies. Not too crazy about the "scrambled eggs" provided with the free breakfast. However these "eggs" are typical offerings in most hotels across the country. This is an excellent opportunity to improve your breakfast offerings and be a level above and beyond other similarly priced hotels.

If you’re used to driving in the area (ie:Texas) this is a convenient location. If you’re not used to mega highways stay on the frontage at least an exit early. Hotel was clean, beautiful and bright. The breakfasts were varied and well prepared, with obvious care and attention. Recommended!

Nice facility, clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast, convenient parking. The only detriment was the king-size mattress is so firm it isn't really very comfortable. Will gladly stay there again, but will bring a memory-foam topper for the stay!

My stay at La Quinta was a mix of good and bad experiences. The gentleman working the Saturday night shift was incredibly kind, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. Unfortunately, my check-in experience wasn’t as pleasant. The front desk associate was a little rude, and on the last morning of my stay, she told me I couldn’t have my service dog with me in the lobby breakfast area—even though my service animal had been with me there the previous three mornings without any issues. The inconsistent communication was frustrating. Another issue was that the air conditioner by the window leaked throughout my entire stay. Water kept flooding the floor, and I ended up using the room towels to soak it up multiple times because the leak was never resolved. Our room was also located next to the elevator, and it was quite noisy at night. The constant noise made it difficult to relax and caused my service dog, April, to become anxious. Overall, while I appreciated the helpfulness of the Saturday night employee, the maintenance issues, noise, and inconsistent customer service took away from what could have been a much better stay. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests have a better experience.
