The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and big -but not comfortable- there was no warmth to the room. Laminate floors everywhere, and the lights were so bright they felt like spot lights- no way to have just a small light on when you’re winding down in the evening- the room was either pitch black or bright as the sun. If you like that it’s fine, but we like a little more coziness. The bed was not comfortable at all. Both of us had trouble sleeping (for 3 nights). The thoughtful check in person put us at the end of the hall so it was quiet. The bathroom was good size, but the water pressure was lacking so never got a good shower. We never got a chance to see or try the breakfast as it was over before we were ready to be in public- so we have no idea how it was. My husband did get coffee each morning and said it was ok. The location was great for what we needed, and while the parking lot is shaped funny, there was plenty of parking. The price was great, and that was one of the reasons we picked it. We knew we were only going to be there to sleep and shower. For us it didn’t work out as well as planned because the bed and shower were not great.
