Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto sehr schlecht zu finden, da Navi hat es garnicht gefunden, so dass uns die Rezepcionistin per Telefon den Weg erklären musste. Auch war es etwas mühsam als wir feststellen mussten, dass es im Hotel kein Bier zu kaufen gab. Also mussten wir noch einmal raus zum Rewe um welches zu holen...

It is an older property, but clean. The breakfast each day and the parking was extra on top of the nightly fee. We liked the central location but it was noisy at night because our windows had to be open as there was no air conditioning. This was a big problem in August.

Das Hotel etwas schwer zu finden. Ansonsten ist es funktionell voll in Ordnung obwohl es schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Frühstück ist hervorragend. Parken für 5,50€ finde ich für Hotelgäste nach wie vor zu teuer.

Nice breakfast. Center of town is right there. A little hard to find as it is up an alley. Parking costs. Very convenient location in the center of the city. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Good English.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und ich mochte die Hundezone bei der Rezeption. Das Hotel ansich ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen.. zudem war es sehr laut (ob die Fenster offen oder geschlossen sind, macht kaum einen Unterschied), das Bad hat gemüffelt und das Parkplatzsystem war fraglich.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr nah zum Bahnhof und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war freundlich und es war sauber. Die Zimmer sind aber in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung wirkt „Altbacken“, die Zimmer sollten modernisiert werden, auch gibt es keine Klimaanlage sondern nur ein Ventilator. Dadurch musste man nachts die Fenster offen lassen, somit hat man den Lärm der Feiergäste die dort nachts entlang laufen doch gut mitbekommen, auch ist das Hotel generell sehr hellhörig. Für kurze Übernachtungen ist es okay, aber preislich zu hoch angesetzt.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort - warum wohl? Zentral gelegen, Zimmer zum Hof ruhig bis auf Autotüren vom Parkplatz in der Frühe. Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen 70er Jahre, aber wenn die Wäsche picobello ist und die Dusche gut ist doch alles super.

環境實在太棒了！早餐內容也很棒！而且服務人員態度很好，我們第一天晚上抵達時已經過了午夜，但櫃臺人員為了我們一直守在櫃臺，直到我們完成入住。謝謝您們的協助，真的幫了很大的忙！

Mooi hotel , toch enkele dingen die we niet gewoon zijn … Er waren geen hygiënezakjes voor de dames in de badkamer, de kamer wordt slechts opgeruimd na verzoek, toen we wilden uitchecken was er geen personeel aan de balie en moesten we noodgedwongen onze sleutel achterlaten bij de dame die het ontbijt opdiende en dit voor 11 uur. We moesten dan later terugkomen om af te rekenen.

Das Pelikanhotel ist ein schönes Hotel, das zentral in Schwäbisch Gmünd liegt. Alles wichtige ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Nur ist es sehr hellhörig, alles auf dem Flur ist gut zu hören, sowie Menschen auf der Straße. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Aufgefallen ist mir bloß, dass es kaum vegane Optionen gibt, eigentlich nur Marmelade und Gemüse. Das könnte noch ausgebaut werden.

Lack of fresh air, dungeon-like feeling in small room despite using air-conditioning unit. Staff switched me to a larger single bedroom and it was better because it had a fan. Staff were friendly and helpful regarding the hotel's shortcomings.

It is an older property, but clean. The breakfast each day and the parking was extra on top of the nightly fee. We liked the central location but it was noisy at night because our windows had to be open as there was no air conditioning. This was a big problem in August.
