Knights Inn Jacksonville at Dix Ellis Trail

I stayed in a room with one king size bed, and the floor was literally broken under the carpet… it was like broken in half and you could see it and when you stepped on it, the whole TV and TV stand would shake. The carpets were very dirty. The walls were very dirty and the bathroom smelled. The sheets were clean which was good and they had cable. I wanted to get into the pool but they told me that they just put chemicals in it so that was a bummer.

Shall be staying here again due to the convenience, friendliness, atmosphere, reasonable rates, laundry room, etc.

The pictures on the website are nothing like the actual property. The staff is rude and do not appear to want to help you. The tub was dirty, and the shower head had water scum all over it so I took shower wearing shoes. The bedspread had holes in it. There is not complementary food, and I did see a coffer maker, but it had no coffee and was very unwelcoming。 I will NEVER stay there again and would definitely not allow family to stay there.

This place is not worth the money. Stains on the beds and walls. The toilet wouldnt flush had to flush it 3 times. This place is good if you just need a place to sleep. Dont expect cleanliness. Prob one of the dirtiest places ive stayed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing roaches was crawling on me and kept me up all night

The tub was filthy, it had brown drippings in it. Carpets were filthy, garbage under the bed and wall falling apart in bathroom.

This property was very disgusting cockroaches everywhere bathroom from the 17th century smells bad. The carpet is disgusting. I got bitten four times on my legs and arms.

I do not recommend these accommodations. I would not stay, after arriving, not knowing what type of bugs lived in the mattresses/beds-since the carpet was filthy, there was a thick 1’ strip of some type of back mold around the tub, above the shower pan; trash had accumulated underneath the beds; and the trash cans had old food stuck to the insides-coved by plastic bags; etc…

It Was Very Dirty.. They Have Roaches I Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

would definitely stay again cheap quiet room direct access to your car and quiet surroundings no thru traffic , and the price was fantastic

Front desk staff is great, check in is always a breeze, prices are great, rooms are decent, NO BUGS! And super quiet single level rooms.

Every bit of this motel should be replaced, especially the murder matresses. Staff was was the only positive. I even went and got pillows for my stay and i will ceremonially burning them later. Outside looked okay but dilapidated.

Washrooms need to be more clean. Air conditioners are too noisy.

The room was dated. The floor was rotten under the rug at the entrance. Ca Rpet was old and spotted. No coffee in room and no coffee in lobby.

Floor of our room was soft and sunk in as we moved around the room. Chaulking around the tub was stained and around the bottom of the tub was awful. We have lived in third world countries before and we made the best of it as we arrived very tired.

Absolute dump. Rotten floors. Dirty sheets. Filthy bathroom. Rude staff. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I didn’t stay and thank god i didn’t!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! People there are rude, senseless, unprofessional, and hostile!!! I had to call 911 on them and I end up going somewhere better!

I like nothing about this place or stay-! As soon as I pulled in the parking lot and got my vehicle cut off so I could go in and check in there was a dope deal that happened right beside me, then after finally getting checked in that took forever, I went to the room that was assigned to me and as soon as I open the door a very bad smell hit me dead in the face. It smelt between rotting flesh mold and mildew, and the air conditioner was running so now I understand why. I've been locked the room back and went up to the office and spoke with the lady and she was nasty about the situation and gave me another room after 15 minutes of arguing and that room smelled the same way. So I went back up to the office and again the lady was very nasty she didn't want to give me another room I told her I was going to report her and her business to the better Business bureau. She gave me another room, the smell wasn't as bad, but it did have a smell and there was mold and mildew all around the walls in the bathroom, there's holes in the floor and the only thing that's keeping you from falling in the hole is carpet, and I'm not just trying to badmouth these people or their company that they're trying to run it's just that the property the rooms are run down, and I will not ever step foot back on to that property to spend another night I will sleep in the cold first, and I would not recommend anyone staying there

What a SURPRISINGLY AMAZING STAY! Between the peacefulness, the comfort, the staff, and OF COURSE, THE PRICE!!! Ive stayed at quite a few hotels from 5 star hotels to your average 2 star hotel and THIS STAY WAS BY FAR, THE BEST HOTEL IVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF STAYING AT in a VERY LONG TIME!! The front desk staff was amazing! The two men that I had the pleasure of dealing with during my stay went above and beyond what you would expect and they did so with a smile on her face and you could tell they truly enjoyed what they do! Also, the housekeepers were truly on point and I never had to want for anything and during the few days I was there, every single staff member were amazing, truly! Thank you so very much for making a stay that was already stressful enough between the reason I was there and what not thank you for making it that much less stressful! I would definitely definitely definitely recommend this hotel!

A true flea bag motel. My guess they probably had hourly rates as people came and went all hours
