Do not stay! Undergoing renovation but nothing mentioned on the page so it’s a bad surprise when you show up. No breakfast, no pool, no airport shuttle. Pillow cases were stained, curtain by AC / window was moldy. Noisy.

If I could rate 0, I would. I booked this hotel for my nephew birthday. He really wanted to go to the pool, that is the ONLY reason that I booked this property. Once I arrived at property ready for check in after 4pm, there’s a huge check in sign that states check in is at 3pm. There online hours are incorrect. Also upon my arrival the pool is closed. Once again the ONLY reason why I booked this hotel is because they had an indoor pool. If the property is under maintenance, it should be mention prior to booking. His entire birthday was ruined just under the misconception that this property had a pool, however it was under maintenance. The staff was not very accommodating with the issue at hand. And dismissed the issue with a very hasty attitude.

They should be closed. Ownership changed and they are updating. That’s all well and good but close while you are doing it. Despite advertising that says there is a shuttle from the airport, there isn’t. The windows are covered in plastic while they paint. The pool is closed. They are not doing breakfast. My first room stunk like smoke despite having to sign something that says there is. $250 charge if you smoke in the room. My second room had the toilet seat up, first three lights didn’t work and it was 60 degrees. There are no restaurants within miles. There was one coffee pod but two cups. Room was advertised $30 less on their site, but still didn’t tell you everything was closed due to renovation. Ask a lot of questions before you book it

We were glad to leave this hotel. First, the A/c in the lobby was out but no one told us when/if it was going to be fixed. Then the pool was shut down for maintenance and that was SPECIFICALLY why we chose that hotel. With 2 kids in the car for 9 hours we needed a place for them to move and relax. Then our first room had a rusted out tub. Our second room had no a/c. Our 3rd room had no comforters on the beds. What a disappointment.

I tried to stay there yesterday, had to switch rooms, when I first got there, due to no mirror in bathroom,,, also remote wasn’t working, went to front desk they couldn’t find a remote for tv… then the climate unit wasn’t working properly, went to front desk they said that they would come to my room and tell me when they had another room available but no one came, so it had gotten so warm in the room, I checked out after being there 3 hours,, I ask for manager but haven’t available, called this morning and no call back because mailbox is full… Very bad experience

The hotel was very run down. Lots of issues with plumbing and furniture. One room had a leaky toilet that flooded the bathroom and carpet outside the bathroom. One room had a big red stain on the floor. A pillowcase had a burn hole in it. Bath tubs were old. The rooms haven’t been update in along time. One bright spot was that the beds were comfortable.

It’s a cheap hotel, their suites are just regular rooms with a couch not really suite style lol. I didn’t feel clean staying here, the bed sheets had stains and drawings all over. The bathroom had ants crawling everywhere and bugs at the window. Our AC didn’t work, the electricity kept going off and on, the water doesn’t get hot, the shower pressure is terrible. Our room smelled like smoke and cigarettes. There’s nothing around the hotel area. Overall you get what you pay for. I would stay for 1-2 days if you’re on a budget. Front desk was okay, first dude was nice the other one was a smart head.

I called the hotel to tell them that I was arriving after 4pm check in, arriving late at night. when I arrived to hotel they told me that they didn't have any room available, they suggest to call Expedia to get a reimbursement. I called Expedia and they called the hotel to check that I wasn't sleeping there. Place the claim and they told me to wait for 3 days. I called Expedia again and they said that the Hotel says that I did stayed that night at the hotel and that they are not going to reimburse my money. Liars

My family couldn’t stay there because the hotel staff stated that Expedia overbooked the hotel so we had to split my family up to find alternative hotel accommodations. My son and his wife were refunded. It’s going on a week now and I have yet to be refunded.

The staff promised to take care of an error in the Expedia.com reservation but never did. After MANY calls to the hotel I still was not able to speak with a live person to resolve this issue. There was a lack of a human being to explain my case as all calls were routed to an automatic system. I am very disappointed that after trying several different phone numbers that were given to me by their “reservations” service ,none were answered by an actual PERSON.

I reserved a room for my daughter at the Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport. After checking in she was not given a room key. When questioned, the desk clerk stated that their card key system was not working and no card was needed for entry. A fellow guest approached the desk while she was checking in stating someone had just walked into their room. Reasons for picking this hotel were the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast, both unavailable. Using Covid is a lame excuse. No effort was given to book my daughter into another hotel and since this was nonrefundable, she chose to stay the night.

This hotel was easy to access from the interstate. Easy to access the airport too. Room was clean, overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok, little cheap, but for the pricing of the room, it was an even exchange.

It was definitely less than a two star hotel. The AC didn’t work worth a damn. The bathroom was dirty but we checked in so late we didn’t notice until the next day (at least clean the streaks off of the walls). There’s 24 hour complimentary coffee downstairs that’s always cold. The service was awful. Everyone was short and unpleasant. The surrounding area was sketchy as well. People always sitting in their cars at all hours. And it’s miles from the airport.

People had done broke into peoples cars the hotel pool wasn’t open boxes everywhere when you walk in.. the first room they gave us the air did not work an the television had a large crack in it .. never will I stay here again

Currently staying here hot, free breakfast. If there’s any issues at the front desk, they will assist you almost immediately. Perfect location near the highway and food places.

Our room was a non-smoking but smelled of marijuana and tabacco. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9:00am., but there was no food any day (we stayed 4 days) after 8:00 a.m. because the “early birds” ate all the food early in the morning and the administration did not allow even the coffee to be served again. Terrible!!!

Hotel is under a remodel, all of the amenities (pool, fitness center, breakfast) are closed. Avoid staying here until the construction is complete. They still charge the same rate and don’t let you know everything is closed until you check in…

1 night stay for a concert. Room was nice & clean. My only issue was breakfast was slim. Went to breakfast and there was no more coffee, pastries or waffle mix. Disappointing!

The hotel smelled, the pull out sofa had mold on it, not enough towels, the pool was closed, the coffee was cold, no juice, eggs and sausage old and dried out, breakfast area not clean, trash outside piled up for the whole weekend. Another guest checking in came into my room in the middle of the night because they had a key to do so, we were both very surprised and I almost had a panic attack.Had my cell phone stolen after accidentally leaving it in the room before checking out. Looked around for a hour and only 1 employee the maintenance man was helpful trying to find it. There are old nasty mattresses outside in the back of the hotel. Was told by front desk the hotel is under new owner ship, hopefully they start to do better.

Do not stay! Undergoing renovation but nothing mentioned on the page so it’s a bad surprise when you show up. No breakfast, no pool, no airport shuttle. Pillow cases were stained, curtain by AC / window was moldy. Noisy.

They should be closed. Ownership changed and they are updating. That’s all well and good but close while you are doing it. Despite advertising that says there is a shuttle from the airport, there isn’t. The windows are covered in plastic while they paint. The pool is closed. They are not doing breakfast. My first room stunk like smoke despite having to sign something that says there is. $250 charge if you smoke in the room. My second room had the toilet seat up, first three lights didn’t work and it was 60 degrees. There are no restaurants within miles. There was one coffee pod but two cups. Room was advertised $30 less on their site, but still didn’t tell you everything was closed due to renovation. Ask a lot of questions before you book it

I was surprised at the drop in service during this last visit. No water in the front, breakfast area was a mess and no coffee. I had to ask the front person to walk over and look at the lack of service before anything was done. Hope they fix all that.

I wish I didn’t have to give this one star. I would rather give it none. Worst hotel ever. Nothing worked. The beds were horrible and painful. Our room had a sleeper sofa, but the mattress was gone. Our guest had to sleep on the couch cushions laid on the floor. Because the couch was so incredibly uncomfortable to try to sleep on. Hideously nasty everywhere. Everything was broken, the toilet was not bolted to the floor, there was a bullet hole in one of the windows, the equipment at the buffet was broken, the food was nasty. We booked it online and showed up at 11 o’clock at night to check in. So we felt trapped and had to stay. It was too late to make other arrangements. And the smell! Oh the smell was horrible. In the halls, in the lobby, in the room. A mixture of marijuana and body odor. I hope no one else makes the mistake of staying here. And I hope the lack of customers forces the owners to finally either fix this place or shut it down and set it on fire. The only positive I can say, the staff were reasonably friendly. I had no problem with them. I only met two. The guy at the desk when we checked in. And a lady at the desk when we checked out. Never saw anyone trying to restock the breakfast area that was in desperate need. Never saw anyone cleaning anything. Please don’t stay here. Unless you’re homeless. And even then, you can probably do better.

The phone in the room didn’t work. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. No amenities on site. When I was checking out, there were 4 workers standing in the room behind the desk and it took them a minute to come check me out. But, they brought clean towels to the room without me asking.
