Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun. The apartments are cleaned and towels changed every second day by a wonderful team of staff, warm, friendly and respectful. This is true of all staff at the accommodation. In truth nothing is too much trouble. Each apartment is equipped with a two ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, pans and cutlery should you want to do self-catering. There are well stocked supermarkets close by. There is a lot going for these apartments and that is why we've returned so often. The times we haven't stayed was due to them not having availability! For all the positives, my one negative is the decor and furnishings now appear dated and tired. The apartments are basic but functional and meet everyday needs but you notice cracked floor tiles, tears to the sofa fabric, water leaks in the bathroom. If the apartments inside had the same love as the public areas have had lavished on them then this would be perfect. But despite this observation we will happily return.

First time here, gem of a hotel, staff very helpful, traditional Spanish decor in the large rooms, might not be to everyone’s taste but we liked it. Beds very comfy, no air con but fans were available from reception. Large swimming pool, not heated but was very welcome as the weather was extremely hot while we were there. The hotel is at the top of Calle De Cesar Manrique road, approximately 5min from the main strip, some might find the walk up a little tough but not an issue for us. We expected some noise from the main road behind the hotel but we heard nothing. Gated entry, so felt very safe. Extremely happy with our stay here, so much so we’ve booked again for New Year.

The rooms are very spacious and kept well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of nice extra bits and bobs that other apartments of this rating do not usually provide ie: Shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom. There was also a floor standing fan in the living room if needed. Comfortable beds and pillows too. The staff are very friendly and pleased to help with anything you require. Nice pool with steps that are easy to get in but the water is extremely cold, as are most pools we have been in within the resort, and that is quite a few over the years. Good quiet location to get a good nights sleep, the only fly in the ointment is the steep hill to get up to the apartments, there is a few different ways you can go, but cant really avoid a hill which ever way you go.

Good small hotel with moderate-sized pool and Gym and very welcoming receptionist Paula. Pros: very good quality beds and good all-wooden furniture. Excellent sea-view, good allocated parking, lots of towels given (but not the big beach towels). To improve: unusable frying pan which was strongly scratched since no wooden spatula was provided. No tea cups, only small coffee cups. A lot of smoking neighbors created horrible smell on the balcony. Please, host smoking and non-smoking guests in different wings of the hotel!!! Another issue is absence of mosquito nets in the bathroom ventilation! Even in winter, mosquitos got through the bathroom ventilation into the room and bit our kids.

Nice, peaceful complex with spacious apartments and a lovely pool. Nice little touches like free use of fan for the apartment, water in the fridge on arrival, iron, ironing board and hairdryer in bedroom, washing up liquid and sponge in kitchen and a TV with a couple of UK channels if you wanted to use it. Games room with vending machines was handy and the complex is gated so felt safe and secure. Reception is also staffed at times throughout the day. Pool is saltwater and pretty deep which was lovely, busy at times but generally not overly so. Sunbeds outside downstairs apartments and several round the pool - no sunbed wars, no towels being left on them in the middle of the night which was a refreshing change! Taxis only a few euros if you don't feel like walking back up the hill after drinks and dinner and only a 5 minute or so stroll down the hill to the strip, very central. Staff were helpful and friendly, fresh bedding and towels several times throughout our 2 week stay and regular cleaning. Apartments perhaps a little dated but for us it was only a base to relax and sleep so not an issue. Would definitely stay there again and recommended to anyone looking for a nice, quiet base near to everything.

Mi sono trovato davvero bene, il personale è gentilissimo, appartamento molto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi da mangiare, manca solo il phon se siete abituati ad usarlo. L'unica scomodità trovata da me è il cuscino, per il resto è perfetto

There are well stocked supermarkets close by. There is a lot going for these apartments and that is why we've returned so often. The times we haven't stayed was due to them not having availability! For all the positives, my one negative is the decor and furnishings now appear dated and tired. The apartments are basic but functional and meet everyday needs but you notice cracked floor tiles, tears to the sofa fabric, water leaks in the bathroom. If the apartments inside had the same love as the public areas have had lavished on them then this would be perfect. But despite this observation we will happily return.

Plenty of nice extra bits and bobs that other apartments of this rating do not usually provide ie: Shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom. There was also a floor standing fan in the living room if needed. Comfortable beds and pillows too. The staff are very friendly and pleased to help with anything you require. Nice pool with steps that are easy to get in but the water is extremely cold, as are most pools we have been in within the resort, and that is quite a few over the years. Good quiet location to get a good nights sleep, the only fly in the ointment is the steep hill to get up to the apartments, there is a few different ways you can go, but cant really avoid a hill which ever way you go.

..we got what we paid for which was not a lot..rooms, facilities and equipment all basic but did the job for our four nights stay. No heating in the flat so for the cold nights, we asked & received extra blankets. Wifi was fine for front room but non existent in back bedroom.

Apartments are in convenient location that's easily walkable to the beach and many attractions. The rooms are very basic and very outdated. The coffee table was broken, as well as the sofa bed frame. The mattress on the sofa bed was so hard and uncomfortable - it was a nightmare to sleep on it for 8 nights. The pool area was clean and nice, with loads of sunbeds, not too crowded but not the pool itself as it was not clean enough. Wonky pool table with sticky old cues. The so called ''gym'' was a joke. Special thanks to the cleaners. All of them were nice and hard working.

We only stayed the one night as we changed our flights last minute. We had a one bed apartment which was spacious and clean. No air con or fan however which meant it was pretty warm. The resort is very basic so more of a base to explore the island. Receptionist was very pleasant and checking in was very simple. Bottled water in the room which is a great touch.

We just had a 1 night stay here before going to a villa for a week. Arrived late (10pm) so no staff there but was given excellent clear instructions of how to enter. Basic but clean in a lovely area close enough to walk to main strip. Very hot on arrival with no air con and no fan and as no staff there on a night couldn’t get one. Pool looked lovely and clean but didn’t get to use it. Very pleasant lady on reception the following morning to check out. I would definitely consider staying here for a full week if visiting Lanzarote again. If they invest in air con for the rooms would be perfect.

The property was a 10 min walk uphill from the main strip, ok going down about of effort needed going back up. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Although the room was a little dated it was spotless and very old style traditional feel to it. My only disappointment was no air conditioning which is a must for me, however there was a free standing fan which helped and as I only stayed one night. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a chilled relaxing holiday away from the crowds but close enough to everything if wanted. Taxi down to the strip was about €3.50 definitely worth it for going back up after an evening of food and drinks 😊

Nice, peaceful complex with spacious apartments and a lovely pool. Nice little touches like free use of fan for the apartment, water in the fridge on arrival, iron, ironing board and hairdryer in bedroom, washing up liquid and sponge in kitchen and a TV with a couple of UK channels if you wanted to use it. Games room with vending machines was handy and the complex is gated so felt safe and secure. Reception is also staffed at times throughout the day. Pool is saltwater and pretty deep which was lovely, busy at times but generally not overly so. Sunbeds outside downstairs apartments and several round the pool - no sunbed wars, no towels being left on them in the middle of the night which was a refreshing change! Taxis only a few euros if you don't feel like walking back up the hill after drinks and dinner and only a 5 minute or so stroll down the hill to the strip, very central. Staff were helpful and friendly, fresh bedding and towels several times throughout our 2 week stay and regular cleaning. Apartments perhaps a little dated but for us it was only a base to relax and sleep so not an issue. Would definitely stay there again and recommended to anyone looking for a nice, quiet base near to everything.

Hotel ottimo in zona zona molto strategica per girare l'isola di Lanzarote, visto che si è bene o male a metà dell'isola. Puerto del Carmen si trova a 10 minuti d'auto dall'aeroporto e anche questo è un punto a favore. La struttura è molto bella, e troverete pure una piscina grande al suo interno. Appartamenti grandi e con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, io la consiglio 👍
