I stayed at this property for a week. I would stay again and highly recommend it. It’s clean, spacious, newer, convenient (easy access to MRT orange line), free gym access and ice cream, delicious breakfast and excellent staff.

飯店樓下為商場，有購物及用餐需求相當方便，飯店也提供停車位，滿足旅客停車之需要，另外捷運站也在於飯店本棟之地下層位置，無論是搭乘捷運和公車也便利，美中不足是飯店與商場公用電梯，人潮多時等待時間超久，如遇趕時間者當對不便。

5年ぶりに泊まりましたが、ホテルサービスが良くも悪くも何点か変わったことがあった。ランドリー設備が以前は無料だったのに、洗濯機乾燥機が有料になったのが残念でした（洗濯、乾燥各50元で粉洗剤は無料）。朝食が有料になり、さらに料理の種類も減っていて朝食会場が空いてたのも納得しました。使い捨てスリッパは厚くて立派なものに変わったのは良かったです。

Great place to stay above the MRT stop St Ignatius High School on the orange line. Good accessibility to local breakfast spots within walking distance. Mall opens during the day below the hotel and is a good shortcut to the MRT, shopping, and food court. Staff are gracious and detail-oriented. A great location direct access to subway system without going outside the building especially during summer heat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty convenient stores and food offerings within walking distance. The only downside is that the room carpet is not as clean as I hoped for.

너무 깨끗하고 시설 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 로비 들어서자마자 기분이 좋아지면서 객실도 어디 하나 지저분한 곳 없이 깨끗했습니다. 위치 또한 최고입니다. 쉬후이고등학교 지하철역 2번출구와 엘리베이터로 바로 연결되어 시내까지 30분도 안 걸립니다. 버스노선도 많아 정류장도 바로 앞입니다. 누가 타이베이 숙소를 추천해달라고 하면 주저하지 않고 여기를 추천하겠습니다! 진심으로~

We have been staying here for years every time we visit Taiwan. The location is very convenient since the subway station is just an elevator ride away. The hotel changed management recently and was renamed. Nothing much has change except for the decor. We do miss the complementary bottle water that the old management used to provide daily. One minor complaint when we checked into our room was that there was a faint garbage smell for the first night. The smell eventually dissipated but it definitely could use some air refreshener.

The staff was super nice and helpful. I came in on an early flight and wanted to wash my face and brush up. He waited for me to be ready before going through logistics of payment. I was able to keep my luggages in the storage as I roamed around the streets of Taipei. The room is spacious and clean. MRT is very convenient, literally just downstairs although I have to say it’s usually a bit of a travel from and back to the hotel. But overall I had an amazing experience.

家族5名、3泊4日の台北観光に利用させていただきました。スタッフの対応が丁寧で、事前の問い合わせにもクイックレスポンス、帰りの空港までのタクシー手配など、とても良かったです。駅から近く、朝食やバスタブもあり快適な旅行になりました。台北101が見えない部屋、エクストラベッドがなかったコトが少し残念。

No cloth closet in the room. Jackets etc. have to be hung on a handle bar installed on the ceiling which makes the room unsightly. Only one small drawer for under wear for a room that sleeps 4. Everything has to be stored in suitcases.

Very nice family room with nice view. Transport is convenient also, the subway is right under the hotel's building. Hotel staff are very friendly also. And we got to extend the check out time until 13:00 but in fact we were out around 13:30 and wasn't charged extra.

The staffing, location and rooms were really great many things to do and MRT was located underneath the hotel. The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing..

The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing..

My family of 4 had a great stay, hotel was clean, staff are all friendly and spoke English. Location was a but far from most tourist destination but the MTR was right across the street. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall so on days we were too tired to look for food we can go to the food court.

非常にコスパの良いホテルだと思います。 6泊しましたが、朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わっていて、美味しかったです。台北中心部からは少し離れていますが、駅直結ですので、電車バスなどを使えば不便はありませんでした。部屋も広く使い勝手がよかったです。

This is a mid-range, no-frills hotel that does the bare minimum. It is relatively clean and very quiet owning to its location. I like that we didn’t have to squeeze our way out of a crowded MRT station as compared to, say, the Taipei Main Station. The room we had was spacious and came with a bathtub. There is a DIY laundry room at level 8. Where washing and drying your laundry takes 50TWD each. Which is very affordable. The breakfast spread is similar throughout our stay. The only difference is that they switch between tea egg and salted egg, and scrambled and steamed eggs everyday. We got bored of it by the fourth day. The staff are polite but not exactly friendly. There is no room service menu, but there is a Family Mart at the grand floor of the building. If night life is your thing, this isn’t the right spot in town for you. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet spot to stay and don’t mind the minimal services, this is perfect.

Great place to stay in New Taipei City. Only complaints is as a smoker (I know.) there is NOT a designated area as advertised; you have to go out to the street or behind hotel through the mall. The restaurant is a little bit weird also. have to buy a complete meal for each person; you can't just order a cup of coffee.

A Great Stay at Two Tails! I had a really nice stay at Two Tails, and the overall experience was great. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest pluses for me was the gym, since I work out daily and appreciate being able to maintain my fitness routine while traveling.
