Clean the room ,spider and no towel on the site they say we have tee or cofee,nothing no plate no cutlery for 60 per night it is too much

It shouldn’t be call a hotel or anything rather a run down property that should be going for renovation project online pictures can be deceiving. Got in to the hostel ..it looks like rundown project building. Fights everywhere between the caretaker and one of occupancy. Won’t advise my worst enemies to stay there.

So after a hour trying to find the hotel we did. Then got there no parking as stated on booking however we was then told to park in a car park around back. Very basic room. Used shower gel bottles on floor a shared bathroom which wasn’t made clear. All night people shouting out windows and breaking bottles all in all probably worst one I’ve stayed in and won’t be going back. Felt more like a doss house than a hotel. I felt very uneasy in the room and wasn’t a pleasant stay

Sincerely it was an experience I don’t want to repeat.The room wasn’t tidy. You can tell they only changed the sheets but didn’t properly clean the rooms. The fridge had a lot of food leftover, the cupboards had a lot of leftover groceries. Even the washing machine had a lot of laundry leftover from previous clients. There’s no toiletries please take your own. The room smelled so much like cigarettes that our clothes smelled like cigarettes.I booked two rooms for my family only for them to knock at 23:30 if we could give one of the rooms to two girls brought in by the police. I saw someone sitting for over 2 hours to check in but there was no one there and they were not picking the call.
