Tholes Bucken is probably the nicest, cleanest and comfiest Hotel I've stayed in for years. The room aas massive, comfy and really modern. The staff were teally great (polute, friendly and efficient) and the evening meal (Duck) was amazing. If i ever find myself in the area again, i would have no hesitation booking again.

Stayed here for business for two nights. Very nice hotel, has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Restaurant and bar are excellent - food was nice. First night service was great however second was a quite slow. Overall i would stay again and recommend.

„Omelette machen wir nicht …“ - dafür Du-zen als Hippness Merkmal ! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Pool sind prima - allerdings hat man den Eindruck, dass durch das Power-Du von allen und jedem von mangelnder Professionalität abgelenkt werden soll. Zu viert kam zweimal das falsche Essen beim Dinner. Das Frühstück wurde uns vollmundige mit live Cooking angekündigt - worauf dann auf ein bestelltes Omlette folgte: Omlette machen wir nicht, hier kannst DU dir ein Spiegelei nehmen - oder kein Ei nehmen. In der Bar musste man sich die Getränke selbst bestellen und nach 5 Minuten abholen. Auch das klappte erst beim zweiten Mal an die Bar spazieren. Auch die Drink Bestellung an den Pool funktionierte zwar inkl. Bezahlung - die Lieferung musste nach einer halben Stunde aber an der Bar angemahnt werden. Hätte nett sein können, so war’s halt eher so lala
